If he's new to the hobby i'd suggest going with a well reviewed SP rather than TOFTT. TOFTT is more suitable for guys that have to always be trying new SP's or refuse to ever do a SP twice, or more than a few times. If they hobby often, they may eventually run out of well reviewed choices...
