Who's fully vaccinated?

There are people who are allergic to the base components in the vaccines (not many people, but they exist), or people who are compromised already and the bodies actual reaction to the vaccine can worsen their condition
Here, a 10 second search says it better than I can.
- Experts say the COVID-19 vaccine is safe for most people.
- There are no known safety issues for pregnant people, those who are breastfeeding, or people who’ve tested positive for COVID-19 in the past, according to experts.
- They note that people who’ve had severe allergic reactions to any ingredients in the vaccine should not get it.
- People who have autoimmune or other conditions should check with their doctor before getting the vaccine, experts say.
The issue of allergic reaction and immunocompromised are valid and rare. You can find the list of ingredients of the mRNA vaccines at cdc.gov and if anyone actually has a record of being allergic to any of that, well they either know a lot more about their own health than the regular guy on the street or they are sadly susceptible to more than SARS2. A 3rd shot is recommended for any who are immunocompromised, again from the CDC.

I really wonder, what is the shelf life of the vaccine before is injected and after injection...
You can google for vaccine shelf life but it is in the half year range in general. This is one of the reasons why having local or at least an in-Canada manufacturing facility is so important.
Once its injected its no longer shelf life that is at issue but the enhanced immunity you get from the specific virus. If the unasked question is how long will the vaccine be effective, then it depends on how long the virus stays out in the community and mutates. As of now if you are fully vaccinated and are reasonably healthy, you are pretty much assured to be resistant to getting sick from the virus and its variants. As of now ...
At this point in much of the western world where it seems there is a committed 20% who are not going to get vaccinated, that is enough for SARS2 to keep on going, and going, and going, and mutating and eventually booster shots will be needed with added immunity.
I've posted it before, but "do you remember all the people who recently died of TB and smallpox?" No you don't because people got vaccinated and the viruses had nowhere to go.
There is a run on an veterinary medicine call Ivermectin, which is used in human for parasites but mostly used in horses and other animals for heartworm, because some genius made up a story about it being effective against COVID. They cannot get the human grade drug because doctors won't prescribe it. So they take the veterinary version, in dosages meant for horses.
In August 2021, the state of Mississippi announced that 70% of recent calls to poison control centers were due to people taking ivermectin in a dose formulated for large animals. So, these folks who refuse a tested and safe vaccine for being experimental or a tool of the illuminati to track their movements believe instead cousin Leroy, a grade 8 dropout or his equivalent who came up with this idiotic idea. Like the Hydroxychloroquine and Bleach before it, there are scores of morons trying this and ending up in hospital. It would appear there is no bottom to the well of stupidity at play here.

I saw a video on YouTube where a guy was offering random people on the street a choice between a free chocolate bar or a free 10 ounce silver bar (approximate value $150).

Critical thinking in the modern era. It got derailed along the way. Reams of information and those not equipped to deal with it. At the 10,000 ft level, I see it that there have always been false prophets and those who follow them, and there always will be those wanting to believe other than what 'authority' tells them. They are not equipped to choose correctly.
When a dewormer for horses becomes the choice over a proven vaccination ... well we have Darwinism at work.
