Canadians who work and or reside(temporarily even) are eligible for the shot in Washington State. Didn’t read your article yet but I assumed there would/could be issues with Canadians getting partially or fully vaxxed abroad sooner or later.

Definitely true, all the shots do is prepare your immune system to fight the virus if/when you get it. Mask wearing in public is still the right thing to do even if someone has had both shots. And, yes, I've had both shots, both Moderna, after the 1st I had no reaction, the 2nd however laid me low with aches like a mild flue for a day, I felt fine after that.
Hands down winners of this years Darwin Award for "Thinning the gene pool through idiocy in procreation" At least there days they're likely not interested reproducing, so they'll just succeed in keeping themselves in a little viral bubble. Good luck to them.
