This will be a work in progress. It will be added to by the mods as we go, and we hope to make new members (and older ones who need a refresher) feel more welcome and at home. It will be sticky and locked, only mods and admin will be able to add or amend it, feel free to send a PM or add into a discussion thread that will be created.

The rules of PERB

The rules start here. Read these first. More details will follow.

When you see a rule being broken, use the Report feature. It's the little ! in a stop sign shape under each post. The mods will review the reported posts and take appropriate action. Sometimes the action is an edit or a deletion of a post, sometimes it's an infraction or a ban, and sometimes, it's nothing at all. If you have a question about that, PM a mod. Questioning a mod decision in the open forum is the fast track to Trouble City and Perbatory.

When you get an infraction, read the info and ideally, learn from the situation. We use progressive discipline, only on rare occasions is someone banned right off the bat. You get a warning, sometimes 2 or even 3, then a short ban, a longer ban or a permanent ban will be issued, if you fail to correct your behavior and don't learn from your mistakes.

When you are banned, you are expected to sit out your ban and then come back. Creating another handle while banned will lead to an immediate ban of the new handle and your original ban may be extended or even made permanent. If you keep that up, every single new handle and all those posts are deleted when it's discovered.

For the ladies:

There are two types of provider or female accounts here. Unpaid - blue and Paid Member - Red.

If you choose to remain blue - that is not being a paid advertiser, you are best to confine your posts to the lounge and general discussion areas. Even then , don't post about your business or promote yourself directly. You can post 1 thank you per review only in a review thread. If someone posts a question you want to answer, send them a PM, about a rate or a service or restriction for example, stick to private messages, never post in the forums about that while unpaid. Infractions are issued if those rules are broken.

If someone posts a lie or a fake review, flag those using the report feature on every post and let the mods deal with it. If you attack back, you might get the comment deleted, but you will get an infraction yourself for breaking the rules about replying to reviews while unpaid. After a couple of infractions, they are accompanied by bans from the site that start a 1 week and go as high as 6 months before they become permanent.

We really do crack down on fakes, but you need more than just a he said she said to have a post removed. if someone is threatening you with a bad review and follows through, you can send screen shots of texts or report the PMs here. The mods do their very best to stay impartial but we all detest guys that try to use the board as a weapon against providers and we also don't have patience for providers who don't play by the rules. Everyone gets treated as fairly as possible, at all times.

If you pay to advertise, you are allowed much greater leeway, and can post almost anywhere, except in reviews of other providers or in their ad threads. You also get access to the SP only lounge, where you can post about bad dates, only Admin has access, the mods do not see what's posted there. Fred Zed is the main board admin and she (yes, she) can help with advertising if you decide to do that.

Glossary Thread - all the terms and code used

Some general guidelines and tips:
  1. Don't use anything but real numbers when talking about rates. $100 is $100. It's not a brown, or a Borden, or a Benjamin Franklin. We are well beyond any need to be coy.
  2. Seriously, if the letters BBFS are coming out of your keyboard or in the ad you are posting, or in any way linked, don't post it. It will be deleted and you will get an infraction. It's said elsewhere but repetition might help with comprehension, we don't talk about bare back sex here. Ever. Don't care if you are just warning folks, or whatever your intent is. NO BBFS discussion. Period.
  3. If you don't know what it means, look it up. If you still don't know what it means, you can ask, but you might consider keeping things simple. No need to make your review unreadable.
  4. If the last post in the thread you are looking at is over 6 months old, don't reply or necropost. Start a new thread and link to it if you like.

For the guys - Reviews

Gents, the board exists to provide information and help avoid scams and rip offs, but also to share good information about your experiences. A good review can dramatically impact a ladies' business for the good and a bad one can really hurt them.

Honesty above all else. Don't make excuses or cover up the bad, but neither embellish it or try to use a review as a weapon. A bad review that is designed to punish a provider because she didn't provide the service you wanted, or refused you service entirely will get you in a lot of trouble. A good review designed to curry favor or get yourself a discount or a free session will get you in just as much trouble.

Keep it real. Over the top flowery reviews that read like ads are often deleted. Infractions issued if this persists. 1 review per provider, every 2 months. We do not need or want a weekly update every time you see your ATF. Similarly, if you have posted a bad review, you need not continue to shit on the provider every time her name is mentioned.

Make the reviews informative. We do not dictate contents of reviews. That said, a review that says something along the lines of "she's a gem. I don't talk about details, but she's recommended" is basically a useless waste of bandwidth. You don't need to write a letter to Penthouse, but you can talk about the basics. No links to unpaid advertiser, nor pics of unpaid advertisers allowed however.

We know your mileage may vary. YMMV is always a given.

A good review contains:
  1. Description of basic services, was it CBJ/BBBJ is the most often asked question. Kissing yes or no, LFK/DFK, MSOG/just once.
  2. Something about the incall, was a shower offered/required, parking, etc. Especially if there's something fishy, like others in the Unit, bad neighborhood
  3. Rates - this will always be a bone of contention, but to avoid repetitive questions about what was paid, it makes sense to mention something. If you got a deal, or have been grandfathered into old rates, quote the ones from her ad or website. She will thank for it to avoid some of the many messages she gets asking how much.
  4. Reasonable language. You can be critical without being an asshole. You do not need to say something insulting about her smell. You can say that she needs to spend more time on her hygiene. We do not want to see the lady called a broad, a cunt, a bitch, a hooker, a whore. She's a human being. Someone's sister, daughter, mother, aunt and she is willing to have sex with you. For some of you, this is a big ask, so treat her nicely at all times.
No addresses! good or bad, she's entitled to some privacy. Same goes for hotel names. No personal information, period. Outing someone's real name, job or social media outside of her SP persona is going to get you banned.

Drug use is a very touchy one. If you see evidence of drug use and it's negatively impacting the session, you can certainly gently broach that topic. If you just assume she's a user or have no first hand experience, STFU about it. 95% of drug use accusations are deleted and we don't edit them out, the whole review will go in most cases.

Additional light reading:

Posting in the correct forum - this one is creates the most work for the mods. If you are asking about her, it's 411, if you have seen her, it's a review. If you got stood up or ripped off without seeing her, it's neighborhood watch.

Dealing with the Mods - we are volunteers who help enforce the rules. We don't make them. We do our very best to treat everyone equitably. That doesn't mean the same or identically. We really don't appreciate being called out/insulted in public. Feel free to PM us and rant all you like. Or even take it up with Admin if you don't like the ruling. We are not infallible, and have reversed infractions and even bans upon a second review. Attack us though and it won't matter how right you are, you are going to get banned for a while.

Reporting posts - we need your help to police the board. No mod can read every post that goes up, there are 100s or even thousands every day. Use the report feature, help us out. Do NOT take matters into your own hands, you will often get a harsher reaction than the person you are attacking.

Deletion of account & changing of user name - Admin handles these, the mods cannot.
