So Qatar, pretty much a bank for a lot of the Middle East Terrorist groups, and a country with a LOT of money is providing the Failed States of Murica with their Air Force One plane. Yeah it will take money and time to bring it to whatever the secret service standard is, but ... Would it not be the FIRST thing any security minded official would think is "this thing will have tech in it to listen to every single thing that goes on in that plane"
But hey Trumpistan you do you.

Arab states are giving Trump a plane, billions of dollars worth of land for golf courses and resorts. They are buying hundreds of millions worth of Trump cryptocurrency.
They don’t want anything in return.

Little trumpee owed the arab states even before walking back in the oval office by the look of it . Can you imagine now ?

Kushner is still playing with the 2 billion dollars of free money the Saudis gave him when he got out of the White House in the summer 2021 . He must have doubled that money with the insider information daddy in law must have given him since January.

Corruption at an industrial scale !!!

The US has to do an overall with their fund raising, lobbying and bribery laws because before long we will have a revolution south of our border at the pace they are going. Canada could do with a reform of its own while at it to prevent the same mistakes seen in other countries....never a good thing to seat on our laurels .

Overhauling laws achieves nothing if they are not enforced.
Trump is brazenly violating the Emoluments clause of the Constitution and nobody says boo. Kristi Noem is violating the Constitution as well.
The Constitution and Bill of Rights were written by men who had strength of character and had fought in combat during the Revolutionary Wars. Trump and his cronies are entitled assholes born into wealth and luxury. They have never fought for anything or experienced hunger or want.

My father was a WW 2 veteran as were many of his friends, in all branches. They had minimal if any actual training. They were in shape because they were under 20. Most of us were in shape at that age as well. The thing they all had in common was youth. My Dad was 16 years old. They were not killing machines, they went for the adventure of it all. Their enemy was just like them young and scared shitless. As I recall they were all pretty much bleeding heart woke pussy liberals. Maybe war taught them something.
Not true.
Military units from Canada were in Britain from the first years of the WW2. Failures at Dieppe (1942), incited changed for planned attack, with the troops practicing what they would be doing for D-Day. Like following behind a creeping artillery barrage (WW1)-example.
Physical training and rifle training, hand to hand were given to the troops. The American 101st got to Britain in Sep 1943. Trained in Britain till D-Day.

Some one shoots at you, you shoot back and aim to kill. Why, so they don't kill you. By the end of the war they were killers. They had to be, to survive.

Today people go mindless when a baby seal is killed.... because modern pictures and film brought it into the public life. A lot of soldiers coming back from WW2 did not talked about their experiences with their families.

As with any "use of force" situation, lethal force is the last option to take.

In Bosnia, Canadian soldiers were at the woke end of political drowning of stupid politicians. The troops were told not to fire back, if fired on. This created a shit-storm in the CAF, finally years later the idiots in charge added self-defense of the soldier to the ROE.... Hoping for a nice and peaceful world and everything can be solved by diplomacy. That shit dosen't work unless you have the balls to back it up with deadly force, should it ever need to come to it.

That is why every soldier should be trained to kill.

If you want your Canadian way of life to be better or the same, then you will have to fight, even kill on a battlefield like our ancestors did in WW2. Can't have any bleeding heart pussies (Lilberals) on the battlefield, you need killers. And that is the problem with the military today, they are not killers....
If you're going to preach war I want isolation, closed borders. Crack sniper teams. Elecronic border monitoring. Cheap efficient hypersonic anti-missle defence systems. Get licences from Russia to build S-500 locally and anything else Russia good at. Nuclear attack submarines. Military aircraft. Satellite launch systems. Support Russian sovereignty in Siberia against China and globalist map redrawing. Polar aircraft routes. Forget the F-35 but support NORAD and Airbus Industries. Off the pedophile and satanic cabals in DC, Windsor Castle and the City of London.

Trump berates Walmart over price hikes: ‘Eat the tariffs’

“Walmart should STOP trying to blame Tariffs as the reason for raising prices throughout the chain... Between Walmart and China they should, as is said, ‘EAT THE TARIFFS,’"

More unintelligible logic.

In other news, the GOP's "big beautiful bill" is probably the most expensive scam in the nations history. On day one it's a giant hole in the deficit with most of the "savings" of kicking people off of health care not coming till 2029! So the next administration will just roll this stuff back and Trump's deficit will grow even though it's already the largest non war time borrowing in history ... Borrowing to shove into the pockets of the wealthiest.

Playing with Fire: A Mises Institute Film on the Federal Reserve

Clean video of well-dressed men. 39 minutes. Well repeated meme doesn't offer alternative beyond a stone age bartering. Meet you in the town square. You bring your chickens to trade for my milk and cheese.

The biggest money borrowers get the most value by spending before inflation sets in from the new money in circulation. Since every dollar in circulation represents somebody else's debt, new borrowers and new loans replace the money retired from old loan repayments.

That story is absolute lazy reporting BS. The trade war is not affecting business in Washington; the conscious decision of people to not go to the US is the cause, and that's because people like many posters here keep advocationg for people to not visit the US, or do business there. If any of you used to go to the US and have now chosen to not patronize businesses across the line you are the direct cause of those businesses suffering.

That's some lazy logic. Who do you think is the cause of Canadians choosing not to patronize Washington businesses?

Yes... peer pressure is the cause... Lmao

If I'd come from a Canadian known to be a trump adversary it might have some weight... But you have been defending trump's ideas and decisions for over 6 years here on perb .
And please don't tell 85% to 90% of the Canadian population what to make of trump's statements and rhetoric . We all do what we can to send a message to the American presidency.

If you feel so strongly about it you simply have to go public and talk about it. You could also go and invest in those businesses if you think that the Canadians will change their mind before long.

Most of us feel bad about not supporting those people as they need us as much as we need them and as prosperous as they could be but 1.7 millions Americans decided to support a moron instead of voting for someone else ...add to that that 10 more millions decided to stay home instead of going to the voting booth last November. We will all pay the price for it

au contraire. The Washingtonians interviewed beg to differ. As a guy in Point Roberts pointed out. He understands perfectly well the insult sent our way about annexing Canada and turning us into the 51st state is enough to make us peevish, and he is totally sympathetic to that sentiment. Another Canadian, interviewed while shopping in Point Roberts said, these are our neighbors, and they need our help. You don't turn your back on your neighbours. However, when 300 million of them fuck themselves up the ass, there's only so much you can do.

I've visited the US twice in the last three years. Once to Hawaii and once on a tour of the east coast. Had a great time with zero problems. I would go the US tomorrow if the exchange rate wasn't so bad. Why is it so bad? It's bad because the Liberals have destroyed the Canadian economy. I don't care what Trump says. He trolled the media and Canadian politicians.
The Liberals used this with classic divert and distract tactics. The Americans are going to invade Canada! Someone needs to stop them. Elbows up! Seriously? It's an embarrassing time to be Canadian. There is very little Carney can do because the Liberals are in a very weak position because of the mess they've made. I'm not saying roll over and give in to the US regarding tariffs etc. Negotiate the best you can without resorting to the usual lies and hyperbole. Unfortunately the Liberals aren't capable of this so we will have to tough it out until they're gone. Last thing to remember, Trump will not be President forever. Maybe think long term before you shoot your mouth off about how terrible the US is.
