Hello all. Right now is a dark and scary time for many people. Bedsides sex stuff/pooning, what are your self-care rituals or habits that truly make you feel better and better able to navigate this strange world?
for me:
-training (weightlifting)
-meds (they saved my life!)
-going to bed and waking up at the same time every day
-not restricting my diet (I end up eating healthier overall that way)
-cooking a nice meal
-naps when I get too overwhelmed
