Hello all. Right now is a dark and scary time for many people. Bedsides sex stuff/pooning, what are your self-care rituals or habits that truly make you feel better and better able to navigate this strange world?

for me:
-training (weightlifting)
-meds (they saved my life!)
-going to bed and waking up at the same time every day
-not restricting my diet (I end up eating healthier overall that way)
-cooking a nice meal
-naps when I get too overwhelmed

your turn!

I do many of the diet and exercise aspects that have been mentioned. One more unique element for me is my massage chair. I find it incredible relaxing and invigorating. I have a different version than below but the complete (okay maybe not quite complete) full body experience is fantastic.

I used to have a list of things to bring comfort, now I'm just too depressed to do anything.

I don't have self-care rituals. The one thing that normally grounds me is playing guitar, but I just haven't been in the mood lately.

I recently lost my virginity to an SP, and seeing her has been like a sort of therapy. It's bittersweet though.

I am one of those guys who don't give a damn about self care. But I am very strict about hygiene. As long as I have internet, smart phone, TV and shower, shelter and (food) supplies, I am good.

I rarely exercise, I hate set routines. I go with the flow. I don't like being too disciplined. I drink fairly often (but never excessive). I try to eat healthy and I think for most part I do it well. Only routine I follow is related to job and only because I am a family guy. If I was single, I would spend my life sunk in a sofa at home. Or, finances permitting, I would be pooning more or at least have lots of phone sex.

I don't care about religions, I am atheist. I don't visit religious places. Despite all that, I rarely get bored though. I have this hobby that keeps the spark in my soul alive. I do some writing so only physical activity it involves is my elbows resting on the bed and my thumbs typing on my phone.

Genetically, I am really unhealthily gifted. Both of my parents have seriously grim family history of strokes, heart disease, thyroid, cholesterol, diabetes and I certainly have some of those beauties. Frankly, I don't expect myself to live beyond 60-65 or 70 at the most so F everything. I have about 10-15 years to live and as long as I have cash to spend, I will poon. Even after my junior stops fuck-tioning, I will still see sps'.

Look at those peaks!!
I think it's an absolutely gorgeous image of Electra, which becomes more clarified in detail, when expanded.
The timing was mid-September,the sunset after a rainstorm, which had washed away a lot of atmospheric wildfire-smoke.
The skyscape complimenting Electra, has silvery clouds and otherworldly orange feautures.
Lone Tree Hill & Gowland Range/Tod Inlet Provincial Parks are of epic beauty, which make for epic sunset dates.
I'm so glad that it happened.

Good question and fantastic to see people responding with positive examples of self-care. Wish I could add to the positive side but I can't.

The only two self-care items I do is take a vitamin once a day and have 30 to 40 minutes of a horizontal workout on the weekend. Sex does a body good.

Otherwise I am the most unhealthy (once a day eating) vegetarian in the world who has pizza three times a week and eat eggs or fake meat products the rest of the week.

Work seven days a week. Up to 14 hours a day (Sundays only 4) Sitting at my desk and rarely getting up to go anywhere but to meetings.

For my mental health, I complain to my employees about every rule and regulation our company establishes and I encourage my team to break the rules.

I dish out sarcasm like it is an Olympic Sport and I make jokes about everything. Oh and I pick on and antagonize Republicans. They are easy targets.

Actually I don't understand how I am still alive with no exercise and poor eating habits yet at my last check-up my Doctor exclaimed that I must be exercising regularly because the blood tests and BP results have been really good LOL.

So how do I get the good results? I cheat. I learned that if I get my blood tests around noon instead of first thing in the morning I drop 15 years off my age.

SO Back to the question of self-care I would have to say perhaps that my self-care is a "don't care" attitude. Knocks wood.
