<B>Google Map Link to the Miraton Hotel area</B>

Here's a link to the location of the Miraton Hotel. For some reason it doesn't automatically center properly. Also, in satellite view, the terrain is off by about 200 meters. The intersection that the hotel sits on, as shown on the map, is up and to the left in terrain view.

According to Sam, Chang Ping doesn't have any tourist attractions - so I didn't explore the city much at all. One time I went out searching for a pharmacy that stocked the Cialis type natural supplement I bought in Hong Kong. It was then that I happened upon the huge Eurasia Hotel - otherwise I'd have not known about it.

During that walk, by the way, three children took delight in following me practicing their English. Laughing and giggling with each attempt at talking with me. Cute.

Center the map and zoom out eight clicks to the 20 mile / 20 kilometer scale. You'll notice that Chang Ping is almost due north of Hong Kong - which strangely isn't named on the map. If you scan down past Shenzhen; past Mong Kok you'll see Central. That's part of downtown Hong Kong. The new airport, and an impressively modern and spacious airport it is on the Departures Level, is on the island to the west.

Zoom in one click and you should see Chang An southwest of Chang Ping. It's marked as Chang'anzhen - and Chang Ping is marked as Changpingzhen.

Getting from Hong Kong to Chang Ping takes only about two hours using the MTR and CRV(?) train. That's including the boarder crossing - if it's no more than half an hour - but not wait times for the MTR (short) or CRV (a little longer).

When I rode the CRV from Chang Ping to the Shenzhen MTR station - called Luohu - it reached 165 kph (105 mph). That part of the journey took half an hour.

Lo Wu is the station on the Hong Kong side of the border. Center on Luohu and zoom in to the 2000 feet / 1 km scale and you'll see it south west of it.

Walking from one station to the other isn't far at all. You could do it in, oh, five minutes(?) if it weren't for having to pass through immigration.

Thanks again for the posts! The (Sexy) Sauna sure looks like it didn't disappoint.
And bonus that you can get an overnight room for ~268RMB. Way better than trying to rush back to HK on the train.

<B>"There I was I thought I was going to die,"</B>

Time to satisfy whatever curiosity you have about just what happened to bring such a thought to mind...

It would be more accurate to say that I was thinking/wondering if I'd made a critical error in judgment; possibly the last mistake of my life.

Thinking back on that one hour and ten minute taxi ride, alluded to a couple of posts back, I believe my heart rate was probably normal or close to it throughout. On the outside I probably appeared calm, even a bit bored or tired. In my head, well, time slowed down and every red light, especially during the final fifteen minutes, seemed very very long.

Lights, at least in that part of China, have large count down timers that show for how long the light will be red - and I think green too. During the last fifteen minutes I swear a couple of times it seemed as though time had been added to the red light countdown - such was my extreme anxiousness get to the Virgin Hotel and get the hell out of that taxi.

Here's what happened:

Sam arranged for one of the drivers he uses to pick me up at 11:00 PM from the Shenzhen airport. My flight was late by nearly an hour. I made my way to the Departures level, where Sam said the driver would come to when he told him I was there. Meanwhile, to avoid excessive parking fees while waiting for me, the driver would be waiting just outside the airport for Sam's call.

Using the airport's free WiFi I used Skype on my iPhone to call Sam. He said the driver had given up on me but tried getting him to return. He wasn't answering his phone though. I guess maybe he was pissed off about the wasted time. Hind sight being 20/20, maybe I should have told Sam to tell the guy I'd pay waiting time if the flight was late.

At that time, midnight, the airport was practically deserted but, for some reason, there was a taxi waiting outside the Departures door. Sam, probably with some hesitation, suggested I arrange the ride with him.

I approached the guy and said "Chang Ping? Chang Ping?" He answered but, of course, I didn't understand a word. I showed him Sam's phone number and, using his cell, they talked a bit. Then he handed me the phone and Sam said he wanted $400RMB. ($60USD).

Sam's driver would have accepted $200RMB. Damn!

I don't remember why but the driver hung up the phone, or maybe I did. Either way I was on my own for the rest of the negotiation. I didn't want to get soaked on the price, nor appear like a sucker to be taken advantage of, so I countered with $300RMB by tapping the figure into my phone's calculator. He wouldn't have it and showed me 400.

Again I showed him 300 and again he showed me 400. At that I picked up my bags and indicated, by pointing down, that I was heading to the Arrivals level. I really was too. It wasn't a ploy.

He immediately caved and accepted the $300RMB offer - which it was understood, I guess, would be withheld until we were at the Virgin Hotel.

I took a final look at him and judged that, sure he tried to soak me on the price, but he didn't look like the kidnapping murdering kind. He actually had a friendly look to him and was well groomed. (I like to think that my years of taxi driving, now well behind me, honed my skill at quickly sizing a person up).

The only other question in my mind was would he try to offload me to another taxi half way to Chang Ping. M had warned me to avoid landing at Shenzhen late at night because of that sort of trickery. I didn't really ask for details at the time because I knew I'd be arranging a driver through Sam. I should have though.

So we headed out from the airport and began turning this way and that way, taking one road and then another. While he drove he made a short, friendly sounding call to someone. I of course had no clue what he was saying. He could have been saying "Oh yes we're going to have a great time spending the money we're going to force this rich white devil to withdraw from his rich rich bank account. How I LOVE sending body parts in the mail... Ha ha ha,"

I don't know how many times we turned and changed roads. I only know that the drive FROM Chang Ping TO Shenzhen had been pretty straight forward.

It had also been bright - what with the ever present bright white sky above. This ride was decidedly dark and depressing.

Just imagine driving late at night, with a stranger, poor in comparison to you, through dark, dusty, near deserted industrial neighbourhoods. During the day the farthest you can see is about two kilometers - or a little more than a mile.

Pretty early on I started to wonder if I was being driven to some place to be robbed - or worse.

The streets became darker and gloomier looking; threatening; with such thoughts.

I started calculating that, if anything bad was in the works, we'd likely arrive at the location in less than half an hour. As each minute passed oh so slowly into the next I struggled to put my fear to rest.

At about the twenty-five minute mark, near the half way point I figured, I really did begin to relax. Then he made another friendly sounding call - which I oddly was not alarmed by. Thinking back on it my main fear was kidnapping, not being handed off to another driver. Since I figured I was past that point of danger his call didn't really register in my tired mind.

At thirty minutes we came to a stop, crookedly, one and a half lanes from the shoulder of the nearly deserted highway we were on. Another taxi pulled up on our right. The two drivers talked a bit and then mine gestured for me to get in the other taxi. I did.

Now me and my bags were sitting in the back of this much younger guy's car, listening to, without understanding, the two drivers talk. In short order the original driver opened the back door and either said or showed me 300! I think he said it and showed it cause I remember the emphasis.

At that I looked around, shrugged my shoulders and held my hands out palms up and said, "Three hundred for you! What about him?!"

He again talked to the other driver - for several minutes at that! Or at least it seemed like it.

Then he repeated the same demand/request. I too repeated my question - gestures and all.

They talked again, this time for only a minute or so, and then he gestured for me to get back into his car. I did so but without any real relief.

He drove on and in short order steered left into the oncoming lanes. Not recklessly though. I mean we didn't narrowly miss any oncoming traffic. It was very thin and distant at the time.

Along we drove on this opposing lane's shoulder - with him flashing his lights as cars headed toward us.

"What the hell is he doing?!" I thought.

After about a kilometer or two the answer came when he drove back onto the proper roadway - after sneaking past a toll booth!

You can probably understand why the remaining thirty-five minutes seemed so very much longer. Sure with each passing minute the idea that I might be robbed or held for ransom diminished in my thoughts. Still it lingered though.

Finally we came within some city limits. Within another ten minutes I was sure it was Chang Ping's. I recognized the area I'd walked through when I'd gone looking for the Cialis type supplement I've yet to write about.

Around this time I started thinking "Maybe I should tip him. For what though? For getting me here safely or for not killing me? No!" I decided. "You don't tip someone for not killing you! So... NO TIP FOR YOU!" (Just call me the tip Nazi).

I handed him the agreed upon $300RMB; he said a pleasant something; and I got the hell out of there.

Did I overreact? Was I being paranoid? Put in the same position, in a faraway and strange country, I think many of you would have had the same thoughts yes?

There is some great info here. Reminds me of my time when I was in China and HK. I'll be going back again in Jan.

I still have yet to experience the Bigger KTV scene in CP or Shenzhen.

Thanks.

I will probably make a summary of certain things at the end of this post. Tips meant to help pooners hit the ground running.

January eh? I don't know whether that's high season in Hong Kong or not. If I go back I want to do so when hotel prices there are at their lowest. I'd like to do a few more sex141.com girls and maybe try pulling a freelancer or two from the clubs of Wan Chai for all nighters.

One thing I do is goto the Chinese side of the forum(sex141) for actual pics of the hotel girls before deciding on one. Since all the pics on sex141 are ps'd. Some times you can see how big a difference it is.

Good tip, if one keeps in mind how hard it is, as amateur photographers, to take pictures that do a beauty justice. That's been the case with me at least.

A Natural, Long Lasting, Competitor to Cialis

While in Hong Kong I stopped in a pharmacy looking for generic Viagra; hoping for generic Cialis. In Colombia I bought generic V for as little as a dollar per pill; in Rio, about two dollars.

The first pharmacist said that the patent for V had not yet expired in Hong Kong; the second, at a different pharmacy I mean, said the same thing - and that he wouldn`t sell me Cialis without a prescription. (The first would have).

The third place I stopped in told me the same thing about the patent being still in effect. Did I ask about generic C? I don`t remember. For whatever reason though, one of the two guys put a box of something called Viadrone on the counter?

Viadrone? WTF is Viadrone? I`d never heard or read about it anywhere.

I was told is was better than Cialis. A big claim made to a guy that prefers C to Viagra when I can`t get generic V.

The small box was purple and on the front read:

Dietary Supplement
Viadrone
Capsules
<I>Libido Enhancer for</I> MEN
2 Capsules

On the back the sales pitch read:

Viadrone Capsules Sexual performance enhancer is a special natural formulation designed to help men who want to preserve, restore, or enhance their sexual function.

Viadrone Capsules delivers the essential building blocks to the body necessary for optimal sexual performance.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for men.
Take one capsule 1 (one) hour before sexual activity.

With each substance listed in mg/capsule - and in tiny lettering I needed a magnifier to read - the ingredients list said:

Vamsa Rochna Powder (Bamdosa arundinacea) 50
Safed musli Powder (Chlorophylum Borivillianum) 20
Damiana Extract (Tumera Aphrodisiaca) 100
Saw Palmetto Extract (Serenoa repens) 80
Maca Root Extract (Lepidium meyenii) 200
Passion Flower Extract (Passiflora incarnate) 120
Pumpkin Seed Extract (Cucurbita pepo) 80

MFD By:
Ocvita Labs, LLC
CA 92602, USA

<I>Well I wish I`d read that address before I mailed ordered some from, it seems, the wrong place!</I>

I just Googled that address and came up with nothing useful. Adding Viadrone to it came up with even less - except a sponsored ad link to:

http://www.viadrene.com/?gclid=CLWE9qGzzKUCFQkDbAod-2K5jg

Anyone tried that stuff?

The place I ordered from is:

http://www.atihealthnet.com/pages/viadrone.html

I ordered a week ago and told them to just put the five capsules, priced at nearly $40, in a ziplock bag in a regular envelope - instead of charging me $43 shipping! (Because "That way your signature is required,")

It took a little persuasion to get the woman to send it that way. Basically I said there was no way I was paying more for shipping than for the capsules themselves - and I meant it.

If you live in the US you`re fine. Most readers of https://perb.cc probably live in Canada though right?

Of course there`s the question of do you want to try it as an alternative to Cialis and Viagra? So picking up where I left off in the pharmacy...

I looked at the box with skepticism. What do I know about chemicals and herbs though? Practically nothing. Knowing, however, that Cialis is never as effective with me as it first was, I decided to give it a try.

The box of two capsules cost I don`t remember how many HKD. I do remember it worked out to a little over $10 per capsule. A bit cheaper than Cialis. I walked out of there full of hope.

The first trial was a bust. I popped a capsule an hour before having sex and didn`t feel any benefit. That night though, whenever I woke up, I had wood - and particularly persistent and strong wood at that! You`d have to be me to know how remarkable that was.

The effect, if I was being effected by the substances, felt strong and lasted about forty-eight hours. (I`m not sure people with high blood pressure or other serious health issues should try this stuff).

Next time I took it two hours prior and I do believe it helped. Actually I believe it helped more than Cialis or Viagra ever did. It`s hard to say though, since I was with a really petite cutie that was oh-so-tight.

I`d have certainly bought more but the trouble was I was in China by then; for that second trial. I`d have very willingly gone all the way back to that pharmacy too but my China tourist visa was only good for one entry into the country. Maybe I could have paid another $140USD to get a second stamp. I would have had to stay overnight for that though - in one of the very pricey hotels of Hong Kong.

Since I wasn`t absolutely positive that the stuff worked I didn`t go back for more. If/when I receive my shipment, marked Product Catolog and Sample on the envelope, maybe it`ll work and I`ll have yet another regret to add to my list. (I always have regrets after pooning trips. Good/great memories too but always there are regrets).

I look forward to adding to that list though. Fingers crossed...

Thanks emacky.

I suggest you do try it out. As I've already said, every pooner should walk a Flower Street with 500+ China Dolls at least once in his life.

Having said that, I'll add that the same can be said of Rio de Janeiro. They don't have KTVs but their termas are not to be missed either. No where near the selection of a KTV but, in my limited experience, more of a guaranteed good time. I intend to do a comparison of the two in this report, with maybe a brief mention of Costa Rica, Buenos Aires, Cuba, and Colombia as well.

<B>Freelancers in Hong Kong - at a club that reminded me of Madahos Pub in Recoleta, Buenos Aires</B>

My second and third nights in Hong Kong were passed in, I guess it's correct to call it the Red Light District of the Wan Chai area. (Someone correct me if there's another such area in Hong Kong).

Thinking of this has reminded me of something I forgot to mention regarding sex141.com:

When you're searching that site for your next temporary girl friend remember that most, maybe all, of the areas listed are stops along one branch or another of the MTR system. Wan Chai is one such stop. It's south across the water from Kowloon, in Hong Kong proper.

The Red Light District is not huge. Depending upon which way you exit the Wan Chai station, you have a 50/50 chance of seeing the clip-joint girly bars. It, so far as I know, occupies a two or three block length on that street, as well as the street one block over.

Checking the Lonely Planet iPhone app for Hong Kong I see that your choices, when exiting the station, are Hennessy Rd or Lockhart Rd. Lockhart Rd is the way to go. There might be some bars on Hennessy Rd too though. I didn't look and none are indicated on the app.

Like all maps, north is the top of the page. So the area where most of the clubs are is north and west of the station.

I don't recommend the girly bars. At nearly every one some aggressive girl, maybe cute, maybe not, will try to pull you in - sometimes literally. At best you'll have a good time but pay through the nose for it.

Recall me mentioning me DFKing a cutie sitting in my lap for half an hour and for $200HKD? The mamasan wanted, what was it? $3500HKD to take her out all night. Short time was over two thousand and she held to that price even when I showed her pics, copied to my iPhone, of what I could get at sex141.com for $800HKD.

Thanks but, ummm, let me think... NO THANKS!

For me, knowing Chang Ping now as I do, the only reason to go to Wan Chai is for the clubs that freelancers hunt in.

Maybe you don't know but, just as in Macau, girls from around the world can be found plying their trade in such clubs. Girls from Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic, the Philippines, Thailand, Russia... Who knows where else.

While standing outside one club I was hit on by a black girl from DR. I spoke with her politely enough but, to fend her off, ultimately had to tell her that I didn't come to Asia to fuck girls from other parts of the world. That was true too, but if a hot and sweet young Russian or Eastern European girl had approached me, well, I might have made an exception.

There are about five or six main freelancer clubs in Wan Chai. I went into each one briefly but the one I liked most, the one I passed several hours in during each of those two evenings, is/was called Escape. It used to be called something else but changed name/ownership I don't know when.

I liked it a lot. It reminded me of Madaho's Pub in Recoleta, Buenos Aires. Like Madaho's, unless I'm remembering that place wrong, the oval shaped bar was in the center with the hunters and the hunted (which was which?) mingling around it and near the small dance floor where a live band played.

Those of you that have been to Madaho's will know that it has neither a dance floor nor a live band. The two hard bodied exotic dancers are nice though eh?

The other difference between the two bars is that Escape didn't charge a cover. Madaho's charges about $10USD last I was there.

In fact none of the clubs charged a cover. I've read that some do so I don't know what the score is on this point. Maybe if you're falling down drunk already they try to fend you off with a cover? I suggest you just walk in casual like and probably no one will stop you.

Another difference is the drink prices. I think, though I could be wrong, they're about half that of Madaho's.

As I already said I liked Escape a lot. Probably mainly because the band was so awesome. They were Philippine. I remarked to another pooner how great they were and he agreed - saying how all the best bands in the clubs there came from the Philippines.

The lead female singer not only sang well she was hot too. It was her voice that stood out though. They played a lot of hits and, for some at least, she sang them bang on. In fact I doubt you could tell the difference between her voice and Shakira's when she sang Hips Don't Lie.

Don't ask me how much the girls were asking for short time or overnight. Knowing I'd soon be in pooner paradise I didn't ask. Probably I would have on the third night, if I'd had a decent room and not the windowless "cell" I paid $60USD for.

Two late twenties/early thirties Scandinavian guys I shared a table with had an interesting way of picking up freelancers there. They said they never paid for them to leave with them. Instead they just tried to find non-hardcore girls that partied with them in the bar. They'd of course buy the drinks, she'd provide her sweet sexy presence.

Were they bullshitting me? Well my bullshit detector didn't go off. They said they were totally prepared for the possibility the girl would ditch them for a paying customer - after enjoying their generosity. So long as she was fun while they partied that's all they cared about. "Next!"

At the time they had quite a beauty with them. Notice I said beauty - meaning singular. No idea whether they hoped to tag team her.

She was very lively and, well, desirable - from... where else? Mainland China. Tall, fair skinned, a bit thinner than I like but very very doable.

We shared that table for several hours and then, next thing I knew, the guys were gone. So was the girl but she returned with a searching look in her eyes. It seemed that they'd ditched her!? I felt a bit sorry for the poor thing but didn't make a move on her. I should have. Maybe she'd have accepted $1000HKD for all night. Damn my no star hotel room!

She left and the guys came back - unfazed by her disappearance.

Shortly after that I called it a night - looking forward very much to the KTVs of China.

Twins in a KTV I didn't select. (I so dumb!)

Two times I went to the Fuhao KTV (pronounced FooHow) and two times, along with, oh, four or five hundred other girls, a pair of twins were in the lineup.

I could kick myself now for not selecting them. Sometimes I get into this kind of rigid screening/selection mindset that causes me missed opportunities.

By the time each of these visits happened I'd already learned that a lot of these KTV girls just don't want to be taken out by a tall Westerner. So when I made eye contact with a girl I'd pay close attention to her reaction: her facial expression and body language.

Often times they would not even make eye contact so I'd move on. Others would look at me but with a neutral, even slightly frightened expression. (Though by this time I might have been reading into their reaction).

Others would walk or even scurry away, hiding behind other girls or a support column.

With the twins I didn't examine them closely at all - other than to take notice that their faces were cute. Being that they were in a KTV you should know by now that they were young. Probably below the 20 to 22 year old average age. Maybe only 18 and a bit.

The problem was their hair! They had gawd awful hairdos. Throwbacks to the sixties. Not beehive exactly but tall, piled on top of the head dos that didn't do it for me.

So two times I saw them and two times I passed them by.

Dumb dumb dumb!

It occurs to me now that they were probably wearing wigs! I could have walked up to them and, as politely as is possible under the circumstances, gently pulled on their hair to find out.

Dumb dumb dumb.

How nice it might have been to be sandwiched between them while snuggling and sleeping; to have them tag team me; to have one fuck me cowgirl while the other sat on my face; to... Well you get the idea.

Dumb dumb dumb.

Experiencing Your First KTV Flower Street Walk:

Actually, before I head to bed, I can't resist trying, probably in vain, to try to convey the experience of that first Flower Street walk; how it felt.

In one of my favourite movies, Contact starring Jodie Foster, she's transported through a wormhole transit system to near the center of some far away spiral galaxy. Rather than immediately showing the sight before her; the thing that's causing her to emotionally break down; the camera first focuses on her.

Foster, as some of you may agree, is a top quality actress - so you'll believe me when I tell you she sells the scene well.

The first words out of her mouth, that she says as a way of recording her experience to a digital recorder, are:

"No words... No words... ... They should have sent a poet. They should have sent a poet,"

Now I'd be lying to you if I suggested you'd have a near religious experience such as the one she convincingly acts out. Your mind will boggle though; you will very likely be at a loss for words............

At your first Flower Street Walk, unless you're extremely, anally picky, of the 400 to 600 girls on display you're bound to see many dozens you'd be glad to probe. Can you understand why you might feel overwhelmed? Why your brain might seize up? It's something all pooners should experience at least once in their lives.
CC, thanks for these stories about your amazing journey. In all my years of pooning, I could never have even imagined anything like this. I think this "Flower Street Walk" would bring tears to this old pooner's eyes.

When I retire, I think I would happily take a year's pension and use it to pay for a month in this wondrous place!:D
