I mentioned my recent, and frustrating, experience in the KTVs in China during the report. So as not to hijack (my own thread) I'm answering the question here. Be forewarned that I can't seem to bring myself to write brief reports. Some will appreciate that; some won't.

Oh and this report will also cover my very limited experience sampling two sex141.com "Hotel Reservation" girls.

On Nov 17th I landed back here, from Hong Kong, having left Oct 17th. I booked two days prior to the flight and flew Cathay Pacific non-stop, 747s each way, for $1325 all in. The flights over and back were two of the smoothest I've ever experienced - as were the landings.

The trip was very last minute and my first to Asia. What prompted it was, believe it or not, a girl I saw on the sex141.com site. The girl below:

A week prior to booking I found out about the sex141.com site. Checking it out I quickly noticed that a significant number of girls showed their faces in all their pics - and each profile has eight or nine pics. I liked very much what I saw.

I also like the search engine which, among other criteria, allows you to search by chest size. NICE! (It would be perfect if it allowed you to only show those girls that show their face).

I read up on the difference in the way all the hundreds of girls work. Some you go see at their Hotel; some you go see at a very rundown place that usually has several different rooms each with a specific girl working in it; some (I think) only do out-call.

The Hotel Reservations girls, I read, mostly come from mainland China for a short two or three week stint.

Sometime during this research I came across Shana's profile. Not literally ha ha. I'd already reasoned that the profiles that showed faces probably were the real deal. I figured that, by showing eight or nine pics with the face clearly visible they'd really have no leg to stand on if they pulled a bait-and-switch. Even the most timid of guys would be pissed off enough to turn and leave - wouldn't they?

So even though I had another 19 girls saved in favorites it was Shana I fixated on. Believing the pics to be real and fearing she'd return to China I booked. Besides: my employer was pressuring me to use up my holidays before year end - and I had been wanting to go to Asia for a while to see what it would be like to live there if I do the teach English overseas thing.

Now I've been pooning long enough (five years) that I was prepared to not hook up with her and just move on to the next girl.

So I land in HK at 18:30 on a Monday. Pretty quickly I'm through immigration with my bags and off I go to buy an Octopus Card; a card that you put credit into and then use to ride the EXCELLENT MTR (Metro/Subway) system. Then I use it to board the modern and very comfy train to Kowloon - a district north, and across the water, from Hong Kong proper. Soon enough I get off at Kowloon Station and take a free shuttle bus that runs past my pre-booked, through Hotels.com, five star hotel.

I can't remember what I did after checking in. Maybe that was when I went looking for one of the bigger rundown joints that has over a dozen girls working in it - planning to do Shana the next night when I'm more rested. What I can say for sure is that at around 1:00 AM I called Shana's number. I definitely did not have any girl earlier that evening.

Shana's profile does not say she speaks English so I was lucky a papasan (or simple call taker) answered that did. Not wanting to go out and try to find her hotel I asked if she could come to mine. He said no problem but it would be an extra $100HKD. (At the time $100HKD cost about $13USD). No problemo buddy. Send her over. (Her cost for short time, in case her profile has disappeared by the time you read this, was $800HKD. So $900HKD including the extra taxi money. Oh yeah and, for my tastes, she looked very yummy in her profile pics).

Sooner than I expected she arrived in the lobby. As I got there late I caught her dialing her cell - probably to ask where I was.

Now I can't say for absolute certain the the girl that showed was Shana. Really her face didn't look quite as soft or round as in the pics. If you look at the pics on sex141.com though you'll notice that they overexpose them - I think to make the girls look whiter. Apparently most Asian men find taller fair skinned China dolls the most beautiful. I certainly do. Maybe it was her; maybe not. I sure wasn't complaining though. The girl that did show was a stunner.

Up we went to my room; showered together and then got on the bed. Shana called the call taker to say she'd arrived, and probably mark the time, and I talked to the guy to negotiate an overnight price. (I sure didn't want to sleep in my king size bed alone - nor see her leave in only an hour or so). The conversation went back and forth quite a while, maybe ten minutes, with him wanting I think $2400HKD for her to stay until 8:00 or 9:00 AM. I can't remember whether I was willing to spend that much, just north of $300USD, but it had been quite a while since my last all nighter during my last trip to Rio de Janeiro...

Anyway the phone was handed to Shana and then back to me. The guy informed me she could only stay until 6:00 AM. At that I offered $1800HKD and he countered with $2100HKD. Long story short we settled on... $1900HKD? for her to stay until that time. Nearly $250USD.

How was the session? It's funny but my notes only say "pretty much looked like the pictures," All I can say for sure is that I very much enjoyed it. Probably I went down on her; some some BBBJ; and fucked in all my favourite positions. Then cuddled with her for a couple of hours; maybe watching TV. (Damn I have to keep better notes!)

Later that day at noon I found out that the hotel would not match the price I'd paid through hotels.com for another two or three nights. So instead of $102USD I was now looking at near $170USD! Waaaay above my budget and comfort level. I pretty quickly found another nice hotel that was "only," $135USD and moved there - then spent the better part of the rest of the afternoon and evening looking - not for prime pussy - but for something decent below $100USD. Looking in vain as it turned out.

So due to the expensive hotels I planned one week stay and Hong Kong was cut short to just three nights - the third being in a windowless and small room with just a double bed and a private bath. Clean enough but not a place I'd really want to bring a girl to. This was in Hong Kong proper - not far from the red light district.

Backtracking to the second night it was then that I saw my second pic (of 20) BigF. Her profile is no longer on site but, while not quite as pretty as Shana, she was BIG. 38F BIG. And sweet too. I have pictures from her profile (and Shana's too) and one pic I took of her. I don't see how I can insert them in this report though. I see how I can link to an image but not an image itself.

Suffice to say I was only a little disappointed when meeting her. She seemed to have put on a tiny bit of weight. Oh and I saw her at her hotel - since I wasn't about to spring for another overnighter. Reason being was by that time, through another message board, I'd received a PM that explained how I could have paid for a five star hotel; sat two girls in a KTV for a night of drinking/eating and just hanging out; paid one girl $200RMB ($30USD) for her time and let her go; taken the other girl to my five star hotel; fucked her; slept with her; fucked her again in the morning and then seen her off - and still have money left over!

That claim turned out to be entirely true... what I just described can cost as little as about $1800RMB or about $300USD. Compare that to the $400USD total cost of seeing Shana in my $100USD hotel room for just four hours or so. In the KTVs you typically hang out for at least three or four hours before heading back to your hotel for the entire night with your sweety.

My third and final night in Hong Kong was passed in the red light district. I had a nice meal there and even went into a clip joint and paid about $200HKD ($30USD) to have a very cute Philipina girl sit in my lap and DFK me for half an hour. Remember that for that same amount of money you can sit a girl in a KTV in China all night. Will she DFK with you in the KTV - or even in your room? None did with me. I didn't try it though.

So that was my experience with sex141.com girls in Hong Kong. Two for two so far as the girl looking very nearly as good as the pictures. I should ad that, unlike with Shana, I'm sure that the BigF I saw on the second night was the same girl as shown in the profile.

Sex141 means, I have read, one girl for one apartment. Meaning when you get to an apartment, in one of those run down joints, there should only be one girl in each room - unless you're going for a duo. Same goes for Hotel Reservations.

IN CHANG AN/CHANG PING

Now we come to my answer to the question "What's a KTV girl?" More specifically though, what's a KTV...

Before I do though I have to provide a link to the site for the hotel I stayed in. I could not believe the luxury about $55USD/night bought me in Chang Ping. I've never traveled on an expense account so this place was, by far, the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in:

Now to answer the KTV question - and relate some of my experiences in them...

I guess KTV stands for Karaoke TV. It must because, what you find at a KTV is an establishment with many many party rooms, of various sizes, that Hong Kong men; Singapore men; other Asian men - and white devils like me - come to party in with hot hot hot China dolls.

The smallest rooms I saw had three good sized sofas in them; a 30 something inch LCD TV; a computer console to control the music and videos - and sometimes the ordering of drinks and food; one or two BIG glass tables; a complimentary(?) fruit and nut plate; and a bunch of cups with five dice in each - for the dice games you play with your girl(s) - usually to determine who drinks next. Sometimes to determine who removes an article of clothing next.

I'd actually heard of KTVs a few years ago. A local friend's girlfriend is Chinese and she told him a little about them. I have to tell you though fellas, nothing he was told properly prepared me for them. Nor did I read up on them much.

The first KTV I went to I was taken to by a Singaporean contact I was put in touch with by the board member that PMed me. Being that it was 8:30 PM, and most of the hotties would have been selected during opening at 6 or 7 PM, Sam suggested that he take me to a Sauna for two hours of pampering - with full service. To that suggestion I said, "Sam I've got a king sized bed up in my beautiful room. It would be a shame to sleep in it alone tonight," So Sam came up with a plan that I think he'd never done before - and his business is organizing trips to KTVs. He called a KTV and asked if I could come over and select a girl to take back to my hotel - without renting a KTV room. Turned out I could.

Off we went to a nearby KTV - even though, as I only learned after staying a few nights in my room, the hotel had its own 63 room KTV (and a Sauna) - and there was another one, probably bigger because it's in a bigger hotel, next door; and a smaller one in the smaller hotel across the street; and a standalone KTV just across another street! Turns out Chang Ping is pretty much the red light district of China.

After about a ten minute ride we got to the KTV Sam had called. Walking in I'm sure my eyes opened wide with wonder - though I'm pretty sure I managed to keep my mouth closed. "Is this the KTV Sam?" I asked. "Yes," God damn! At its entrance were two golden statues, each about eight feet tall. One was of maybe a Roman soldier; the other a bare breasted beauty with, if I recall correctly, butterfly type wings - or maybe angelic.

At the door were smartly dressed doormen. Inside, well, the words bright, colorful, expensive, luxurious, posh, five star come to mind. As was typical with all the KTVs I visited, golden and silver chrome and neon lit floors and walls abounded. Never did I imagine a KTV the likes of which I saw.

Up a large curved staircase we went - to an area where the leavings, the girls that hadn't been picked, were sitting. I take it they have to be available until 1:00 AM in case they're needed.

Right away two different mamasans brought me girls that didn't do it for me. Boy they sure wanted me to like them though. Before long a third mamasan brought me a girl that I knew at a glance would do me quite nicely. (Actually my sketchy notes don't reveal whether she did me quite nicely but I don't recall having a bad time with her so she must have. Ha ha).

So out we walked with Fong Fong. Sam explained she was a 2 5 8 girl. Meaning to sit her in the KTV for the night was $200RMB; to take her out for a short time fuck was $500RMB; to keep her till about 8:00 AM was $800RMB. Sounded just peachy to me! She was CUTE!

Turns out 2 5 8 is the most common pricing scheme. Some KTVs have a two, or even three tiered system. Meaning some price the taller girls as "models" and apply a 3 6 9 scheme - or maybe even a bit higher prized one. Doesn't matter if the girl doesn't have a model's face. If she's tall she can price herself as a model. She doesn't have to though. Really, when you think about it, since most Asian men are not that tall, and would not want a girl taller than themselves, they'd be limiting their prospects by doings so. Still some do. Maybe they don't want to be picked every night? I don't know.

So that was my first experience at, but not really inside, a KTV. That would come next night when I was to meet the aforementioned board member in a nearby town called Chang An. There's no need to go into a lot of detail there except to say that, according to the board member, who is VERY experienced pooning in Asia - and now lives just an hour or so flight up the coast of China in Xiamen, the KTV girls in Chang An seem to be more willing to match whatever degree of raunchiness the pooners set.

Actually I will go into a bit of detail because, it turned out, my informant, let's call him M, is quite good at turning up the fun factor. The downside is that, at such times, you might accidentally catch sight of a fellow pooner's dick; the upside is, if that happens, you will probably also at least catch sight of the girl's tits. Maybe even their pussies.

Now M has a good job and so he usually sits three girls. (Remember they're just $30USD to sit and party the night with you in the KTV). I always sat two, as did A, a visiting Asian American. So during each of the three nights we partied in Chang An we had seven girls in the room. Eight if you count the KJ. I forgot to mention them.

KJs are the hostesses that prepare your drinks and select your music for you. (Unless you wish to do either or both yourself). Basically it is their job, along with the KTV girls, to see to it that all the men have a great time. If you arrive during opening the KJs will all greet you as you walk into the place. They'll likely all say something in unison as a greeting. I have no idea what but it sure sounds nice coming from dozens of them.

Some, though not all, KJs are quite hot. In fact you'll likely see more than a few you'd like to take out. I'm told it can be done but is more of a challenge than taking a KTV girl out. Actually, from what I understand, KTV girls can't refuse to accompany you to your hotel - unless they were wearing a special badge that indicated that, either they're on their period, or they simply don't do take out. (Ha ha).

In my experience though, I was refused at least once. There's a story in that, which involves the above mentioned Fong Fong. Maybe I'll write about it further down.

Also, in my experience, you might be denied entry, so-to-speak, once back at your hotel. I don't mean entry into your hotel. Pay2Play sex makes up a significant part of the trade in Chang Ping; not so much in the larger Chang An. No. I mean entry into your girl...

If you're tall and/or white the girl might make up some excuse why she can't let your fuck her. The mostly likely one will be that you're too big but I don't know... maybe it's because to a lot of these girls we're "white devils," Also M told me that the girls are trained by being shown American porn so they think all westerners want to fuck them like porn stars - hard... in their pussy; in their ass; and then cum in their mouths. (I'm guilty on two counts).

I don't know whether M was told this by one or more than a few girls or whether he read it somewhere. It might be true though. It would certainly explain the sometimes scared look some of the girls gave me during the selection process; looks I never got in Costa Rica, Buenos Aires, Cuba, Colombia, or beloved Rio de Janeiro.

Speaking of the selection process... I haven't explained how that works!

Basically there are two main ways: the most common is that you go to your room, which you reserved a day or more ahead of time, and then six, seven, maybe eight girls are brought in for you all to select from. If need be, and it always was with our trio, another and another lineup is brought in until each guy is happy with his pick(s).

During this process you can pull a girl out of the lineup and have her sit with her. Then you can continue browsing and, for up to about fifteen minutes, throw her back if you see something you like more. Beyond the fuzzy fifteen minutes, if you want to let her go you pay her the $200RMB - so you might as well keep her at that point.

The second, and my favourite, means of selection is known as the Flower Street Walk. (Or by some guys on the other board I read "The Gauntlet").

Fellas, there's probably nothing I can say that can truly prepare you for your first Flower Street Walk. Mine happened, about a week into my time in China, at the Mayflower Hotel's KTV. It is one of the larger ones and also one that starts early - at 6:00 PM. Of course it's jaw dropping posh - just like most KTVs.

With Sam I walked into it on a Monday night. Shortly after passing through the outside doors we were walking past girls that were all dressed the same way: in beautiful sparkly red dresses. On each side of us was about twenty? thirty? meters of girls standing shoulder to shoulder. A LOT. These were the KJs and as we passed by they all recited their sweet sing song greeting in unison. Nice.

Further in I very suddenly found myself in the selection hall; the place where the Flower Street Walk takes place. That's when the madness began.

An accurate guess puts the street at a minimum of fifty meters long. Probably it was more like sixty or maybe even seventy. Fifty for certain. It was about ten wide. The girls had been arranged in four rows forming two streets. For no particular reason I opted to go down the the left street first.

Now understand that the girls were crowded elbow to elbow - with their mamasans, who I'm guessing each manage five to ten girls, in front of them. In one meter you can fit four girls: two to your left; two to your right. So a conservative estimate puts the selection count at 4 x 50 meters x 2 (for the return street with its two rows of girls). Four hundred girls minimum. More likely five hundred.

Of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder but, to me, she is IT so far as Asians go. Monica Belluci is pretty much my idea of the perfect woman, speaking purely of looks, when it comes to Caucasians.

At about 5:00 AM I woke up - with wood. She was lying on her side facing away from me. I poked her perfect ass with my little friend. She bumped me back. I torn off my shorts and worked junior between her cheeks. Then I kneeled on the bed and lifted her by the hips onto her knees. Thank God in heaven she kept her head on the pillow. You can imagine the sight I beheld before me. I was beside myself with excitement.

Figuring that, like the what? six Chinese girls I'd had already, she'd be tight - so I lubed up a bit. Then in I went. Ahhh!

I only found out it was by trying to do so, on my own, days later.

So I never did see Nian Nian again; and I can't stop thinking about her.

I'm going to post what I've written so far and maybe add to it later. It's almost 8:00 AM. I have to get some sleep before I return to work tonight.

Congrats on your adventure—you're a courageous guy who knows what he wants! And you're a fine writer. You should definitely keep a more detailed diary.

I can totally relate to your report. I especially like the fact that, rather than complaining about the way things are in China, you figured out how to make the best of some fairly complex challenges. The worst, of course, is always the intimidating language barrier—don't ever expect anyone to speak even basic English in mainland China!

Yes, most things in China are quite mind-boggling, both the good and the bad. The erotic services industry is unimaginably huge, though of course a lot of Chinese are only too ready to rip off foreigners. That's understandable when one remembers just how tough a battle for economic survival most ordinary men and women face in this country of (realistically) 1.6 billion.

On about half a dozen trips to China my main approach has been (1) to make an ever more successful effort to learn communicating in basic Mandarin (sure comes in handy when you want to ask a lovely lady like NianNian to reserve herself for you for a few extra nights); and (2) to locate the area in a given city where there's often an incredible concentration of "massage" parlors along a given street.

FS ranged from ¥200 in smaller centers to ¥500 in Beijing & Hongkong, and the girls were usually heartwarmingly nice and pretty. None of them tried to steal from me (I was initially quite paranoid), and some even stayed the night for ¥500-600.

To have a male Chinese friend with you is, of course, invaluable when you venture into places like KTVs, where you can easily get overcharged and end up empty-handed.

I don't know about Hong Kong and Macau but you are right about China. Prostitution is illegal there. I only found this out when Sam, my Singaporean guide, told me. (I did say this trip was last minute right!). In response I suggested maybe I should forget it then, or something like that, and head somewhere else. Basically he told me to relax and, as we drove by the (Sexy) Sauna that he wanted to take me to that first night, he remarked how it is owned by the former chief of police of either Chang Ping or maybe Dongguan City.

By the way Dongguan City is in China like a county is in the States. Within its limits are towns like Chang An and Chang Ping.

It was probably when I walked into that first KTV that even the thought of being caught in a sting evaporated. In fact I don't think the idea entered my mind again for the remainder of the trip. The reason being is the scale and the lavishness of the pay2play scene in Chang Ping. You probably can't really appreciate it until you go there. Suffice to say it is HUGE. Within a block of the Miraton alone, which remember has 63 KTV rooms - and a (Sexy) Sauna - there are four other hotels, each with KTVs in them, and two standalone KTVs. So I'm guessing there are probably about 300 KTV rooms in total within all those hotels. The smallest room in a KTV seats three guys that probably each sit two girls.

Let's assume, for the sake of argument, that all the rooms only seat three guys and six girls - even though some rooms are sized for something like twenty guys - and there are other mid sized rooms besides. That means that, at a minimum, by 7:00 PM there must be about 1800 working girls in the area. Really though, since no where near all girls get picked, that number is probably closer to 3000.

Then there are other KTVs that require a taxi to get to. Bigger KTVs. The two that I went to, that each had their Flower Street Walk, and the one in the Eurasia Hotel. I never did make it to that one but, being that it is probably the largest hotel in the area, it must have a huge KTV.

Anyway those three KTVs must have another 1500 to 2000 girls - counted together.

Remember too the jaw dropping luxuriousness of these places. (Granted the rooms themselves take more wear-and-tear than the entrance hall and hallways).

So graft must be pretty much woven into the fabric of commerce in Chang Ping - and the rest of China for that matter. In fact I'd bet that any attempt to legalize prostitution would be strongly, even violently (if need be) opposed by all those on the take.

The one type of venue I did stay away from, on the advice of M and Sam, is the BBSs. They're kind of barber shops but not much hair cutting goes on in them. As I understand it a lot of them are in alleys and have aggressive touts to get customers to come in and check out the girls. I was warned that, if a westerner, or a well-to-do Asian businessman for that matter, is going to be kidnapped and held for ransom, the ordeal would likely start in or near these alleyway based BBSs.

For the twenty-seven days I was in China there was only one time, besides when crossing the street, when I feared for my safety. Back in the eighties, when I used to Hang Glide, pretty well all of us had a "There I was I thought I was going to die," moment sometime during our fledgling days. Well I had a moment like that, that was really one of the longest hours of my life, one late night. I'll write about it sometime during this report.

Experiencing Your First KTV Flower Street Walk:

Actually, before I head to bed, I can't resist trying, probably in vain, to try to convey the experience of that first Flower Street walk; how it felt.

In one of my favourite movies, Contact starring Jodie Foster, she's transported through a wormhole transit system to near the center of some far away spiral galaxy. Rather than immediately showing the sight before her; the thing that's causing her to emotionally break down; the camera first focuses on her.

Foster, as some of you may agree, is a top quality actress - so you'll believe me when I tell you she sells the scene well.

Good question. I can tell you that some girls don't insist on them. With Nian Nian, for example, when I woke up with wood and poked her and she bumped me back, well, I didn't use one. After getting her into the above described position, and having to, because she was tall beauty, place my knees between her so that her pussy was low enough for easy entry, I just lubed up a bit and eased in.

As I recall, even though she was over a head taller than the average KTV girl - but still about half a head shorter, with heels, than me (I'm 187 cms or 6'2" with shoes - no heels) - she couldn't take me all the way in. Hell I'm only 15 cms (6 inches). How much bigger can that possibly be than the average Asian? Just the night before I had a petite little thing that accomodated me no problem! God is a cruel prankster sometimes.

I hope I don't get any lectures now. I've read about the risks guys. My impression about the KTV scene is that these girls are very low mileage when compared with other working girls that ply their trade in other ways. At most they do one guy a night. Realistically though, probably not even that.
