HAHA !!! Too Funny. Get a grip buddy. Try Edmonton. Freeze your ass off in the winter and when the ice melts you get to dodge the gobs of spit all over the sidewalks. Every once in a while, I go downtown near the Citadel Theatre and the Winspear Concert Hall (I assume this is supposed to be the classy part of town). Not only do you have to watch your step on the sidewalks outside but ya gotta watch your step INSIDE. Same with people pissing in the elevator of both buildings. Can it get any more disgusting??? I realize every city has it stench in parkade stairwells but this is supposed to be the classy part of Edmonton. I won't even bother telling you about the slum areas !

Obviously you've never pooned in Edmonton, ask Wolverine or Trawler about the SP scene, it's gotta be one of the best in Canada in regards to a girl's Hotness/Price (220 for standard FS) ratio. But, let's talk about how Vancouver really looks.

Vancouver appears like that gorgeous woman across the crowded dance floor. Stunning, ravishing, you can't take your eyes off her. You go to her, she smiles, and then she opens her mouth to speak. What the hell was that noise? That's her grating voice? That's OK, she's so beautiful, I don't mind. What is she babbling on about? Oh, um, keep talking dear, I'll just keep drooling over your, um, figure. Your place? Now? Let's go !

One thing leads to another, and you find yourself lying naked on her bed, clothes strewn about the room. That grating voice of hers is still giving you a migraine. WTF is she saying? Does it matter? You've just fucked a beautiful woman, whose presence you cannot stand, whose voice makes your ears hurt, and who keeps ranting about, well, who knows what she's ranting about, you stopped listening hours ago.

That is my experience in Vancouver. Absolutely stunning city to look at on a sunny day. For the other 200 or so days, you are reminded it's a city cut out of a rainforest. For me, the stunning vistas just ain't enough to offset the other problems (traffic/snobs/taxes).

Finally someone who is open and honest about the real Vancouver! Yes, it's a beautiful looking city on a day like today, but I would state at least 250 days a yr, it's a gray, wet, dark place...kinda like an old SP's pussy!

As stated before, if you are looking for the most bang for your buck, in a beautiful city, Halifax is the best Canada has to offer. IF you are looking for high paying jobs in a clean city, but an endure -20 or colder 2 to 3 months a yr, then Calgary is the place to be...

You guys are even more expensive than Seattle, for 300k to 400k you can almost pay off a decent home close to downtown here. However having lived there, I will never return to live among that close minded, innocent(ignorant) collection of Golers. Their world starts in Halifax harbour and ends on the south shore. Try and get a proper job done on anything is nearly inpossible. The reason wages are lower there is because they aren't worth much more. I have never been happier to see a place through the rear window of my car.
