Hair Transplant/Restoration Treatment

Yea, I am follicly (spell check !) challenged. But I have been told that I still have hope.

I know someone who went to Europe to get it done and results are clearly good. But it seems too far and I have heard all sorts of reviews.
Has anyone tried locally or in US? What was experience like? How are the results? Oh and of course, how much did it cost?

Any recommendations?
