Things I shouldn't miss in Vancouver?

I just wanted to finish up this thread with a big thank you to everyone. I had a great time in Vancouver. You are all so lucky to have such great places and people. I have posted all my sp exploits on the review board. What a week. Food wise, I really really loved Rodney's down in Yaletown.

Things I shouldn't miss in Vancouver?

Absolutely plan on writing the reviews, just need some time to make them coherent and without alcohol on board. hehe. That last part is the biggest problem this week it seems. :D

Things I shouldn't miss in Vancouver?

Wow, I should have called JessikaXXX last night. Anyway, not a bad evening. Tsunami sushi, pretty dang good. Walked along the seawall again. Vancouver is so full of beautiful people. Out of my league, but beautiful none the less. I got to meet the wonderful Vanesssa yesterday. Once in a...

Are there any Asian Soapy Massage places?

It is funny that most all the asian spas in the US (at least the southern part) use table showers and they soap you up and was you pretty good. But, it is not a soapy massage. In Vancouver it seems from limited experience and reading it seems table showers are not common.

Which would you rather have, looks or cock?

Society can be rough on people with odd, bad looks or fat. I unfortunately know. One of the main reasons I didn't get into medical school the first time I applied was the interviewer told me I was too fat to be a doctor. I was lucky the next year and a much nicer interviewer actually looked...

Things I shouldn't miss in Vancouver?

Will definately check out the sunset on the mountain. Probably not ready for that walk up yet. Maybe next time. Anyone ever bungie jump near Whistler? I am thinking of doing that on Friday. I have always wanted to bungie jump. Now that I am pretty thin I can physically do it.

Things I shouldn't miss in Vancouver?

Any other ideas for good food. I love sushi, but Tojo's looks a little fancy for my taste. I can afford it, but I am a more casual guy. Rodney's in Yaletown was wonderful. That is more my style of a place. I would really like some good crab too while I am here. Back in the midwest I don't...

Things I shouldn't miss in Vancouver?

Still trying to figure out what this is. hehe. So far on my extrodinary adventure of Vancouver. Went to a micro. Should have saved my money. I have walked along the waterside down to the park, beautiful. Walked back along Robson down Grandville and over to Yaletown. Had mussels at...

Things I shouldn't miss in Vancouver?

T-minus 4 days. Any last minute recommendations? I don't have plans for Sat night, anything going on I should see or do? I thought about heading to Roxy's or somewhere like that, but it might be strange for me being by myself and sort of on the shy side. I am looking forward to the sushi...

Craigslist, cops fight web trade in child sex

"In Winnipeg, there were more than 300 ads (for children and women) in the last week alone," he said at the forum that ended Thursday in Winnipeg. What a misleading BS statement. It makes people think there is a huge number of child sex ads, by lumping it with the typical adult ads seen on...

Celebration of a Child Molester......it's okay?

For me anyway, I look at it all this way. Everyone has good and bad in them. Some folks more of one over the other. I don't know and will likely never know if MJ was guilty of those charges, so I will remember and celebrate the many good things he did and let the other thing be judged by a...

    Life in Vancouver

I will tell you soon. Two weeks till my trip. The boards here have seen friendly enough. I am not sure I have ever noticed much difference in big cities, they are all a little cold compared to smaller towns. Nor have I seen much difference between when I made little money and now when I make...

    I need some advice

I think the question comes down to is will you be OK if they use you for 3 months and then hire someone else? Because that is a very significant probability based on your experience so far. If you can survive that and the position is worth that risk, then by all means do it. Three months is...
