From experience, don't pretend you are not together. If found out, then they week question you. If you are upfront and honest that you are together less hassles. Thier area of concern is if she will be working while in their country (working without a visa issue) Which I'd just say she is your newish GF you are taking on a holiday. There is a chance you week be able to travel, but not sure on her. There really is no guilty by association, they treat each citizen as their own entity.
Strippers are worse. They don't seem to get "not dressing the part" seen it lots. I could always tell who is going into secondary b4 they enter pre-clearance. Make sure she dress modest, sad as it sounds it helps. Dress for Regina not Vegas or Hawaii

This stuff is real. A SP i visited frequently pre-Covid went south to play golf with a client. She was ID’d at YVR as a sex worker and banned for 5 years. I forget the name of the site that demanded ID from advertisers but she was caught up in the mess because the site gave USA DOJ their personal data. When the new POTUS 45 got into power 2016 the Homeland Security was ready. Lawyers get rich off this shit. It cost he $$$ to get access to USA again

While it makes great sense to talk to a lawyer, it is partly a legal issue but more so what the person at the border feels like doing. You can be legally correct but still face the issues that have ben pointed out by ladies in the thread.

This issue has cropped up many times in the past 20 years or more. Face out SPs can and are flagged and banned at pre-clearance, in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal and other places. It can happen for work travel/touring or even just an attempt by a mom to take her kid to Disneyworld. They are noted in the system and anytime she tries to cross she can be denied entry, banned for a year, five years, ten years or forever. Travelling with someone else might make it less likely, but if they have your image and real name, matched to your working name and ads or website it's a crapshoot. If you are traveling with her and she's denied or banned, you can easily get lumped in with her as a client. Border guards have an unreal amount of power, there's no such thing as innocent til proven guilty and the system is rigged in favor of the border patrol and customs & immigration service.

Some years ago a wave of this hit on the MERB board as I recall, a single provider (or maybe it was a client?) got busted at the border and they got into their laptop and phone. A ton of texts, emails, web browser history and other information later and a whole bunch of people's travel plans to the USA got fucked for a good long while.

Just charter a private jet. customs is a lot more lax for pj passengers, half the time they just wave you through and dont even check your passports.

In all seriousness though, why do this? If you are offering a free trip, plenty of civilian girls would enthusiastically do this for free. Or just check out the local talent while there. or bring a sugar baby if you insist on paying a girl to pretend to like you for a whole trip (much more discrete).

Avoiding the US will avoid all these issues. There are lots of direct flights from Canadian cities to nice vacation destinations, and their customs agents won’t care about your relationship with the lady. Skip the puritans in America.

You realize that Canada's customs and border officials apply the same procedures and standards to non canadian's entering canada that the Americans do?
Plenty of other countries do this stuff as well.
I've also seen it happen with people traveling between Canada and Mexico

Honestly, it's not about being 'puritanical' or anything, it's just that countries want to keep track of who's working and paying taxes in their territory.

And let's be real, providers aren't the only ones who get scrutinized - tons of business owners and people in certain industries deal with this stuff too.

I’ll have to respectively disagree on this point.

I’ve spoken to several girls about this issue over the years, and it appears that going into the US is the problem not returning home (unless she’s trying to bring a massive load of cash in of course) Girls have been getting banned for several years regardless of their stature in the industry or whether they are face out or not. (See the story of Madison Winter from Toronto), and new AI capabilities are making it even riskier for them.

Working and taxation don’t seem to be the issue for the US customs people. It’s sex work that’s the problem, pure and simple. The last girl I had the conversation with showed me a pic of the official notice banning a friend of hers from the US for 5 years. The reason was “engaging in moral turpitude” If that doesn’t sound puritanical I’m not sure what does.

The US and Canada are very different places in our attitudes toward legitimate sex work.

We will have the same booking/ticket number with the airline. I am pretty sure it will be evident that we are traveling together and know to each other.

I am not worried about my face being recognized.. I am worried about her face being recognized an a known SP and the consequences of me being associated with her in terms of not being to travel to US in the future.
Assuming you aren't an American citizen, I will recommend to never to this. It's too much of a risk. CBP has lots of power to ban you for any silly reason.

Why can't you book separate tickets and go through immigration and customs separately? Just pay her to book her own tickets and select the seats next to each other.

If you are on the same PNR, CBP will know ahead of time (even before you get to airport) that who the two of you are. And if she is flagged by them ahead of time, they might ask you questions too as you are traveling together. Better have a good reason to travel together otherwise they can definitely connect dots.

I have met 2 SPs who have been banned for 10 years and they weren't even face out. Apparently CBP was able to get details from some advertising sites and link the payment methods to narrow down exactly who the person was in real life. CBP does have access to lots of data in the background. They might not use it at primary inspection booths but if for some reason you are sent to secondary then they can dig out a lot more stuff.

Again everyone's risk appetite is different so you will get different answers but at the end of the day if you are not an American citizen, you do not have a right to enter America. You are a guest in their country and you are bound by all the laws and restrictions of that country. They can easily deny anyone an entry if they can even come up with a minor reason or suspicion. And being on a customs and immigration watch list is probably the worst thing to have if you do travel to US a lot for other purposes.

Whatever you do, don’t get caught lying to CBP if you’re Canadian and value the privilege of travelling to the USA.

If you're Canadian, coming into Canada, they can't really turn you away. You're a citizen and have no where else to go. Similarly, as an American, border guards on the way into the country have told me the same thing. They'll always be a lot harder on those who aren't from there, so I wouldn't expect a Canadian to get much of a hassle coming into Canada, whatever they've done in the past.
