Travelling with a suspected SP? Thats a cavity search.Cusotms will make anything their business... The fact they can go thru our phones is blasphemous
If that were the case, we would see onlyfans girls and girls doing other forms of sex work having the same problem.Working and taxation don’t seem to be the issue for the US customs people. It’s sex work that’s the problem, pure and simple. The last girl I had the conversation with showed me a pic of the official notice banning a friend of hers from the US for 5 years. The reason was “engaging in moral turpitude” If that doesn’t sound puritanical I’m not sure what does.
The US and Canada are very different places in our attitudes toward legitimate sex work.
You’ve hit the nail on the head here. The guys going to the NFL game get stopped but let go once they make sure the boys aren’t doing anything illegal. If that were the case, we would see onlyfans girls and girls doing other forms of sex work having the same problem.
The thing about escorting is, if the border security and customs notice an escort entering the country, it's likely that if that provider were to work illegally in their country without proper authorization, they could potentially earn thousands or tens of thousands of dollars tax-free and smuggle the money out of the country without declaration.
And lets be real, it's no secret that many of these providers are dodging taxes on their escort earnings in Canada. And of one decided to, it's likely you can uncover that info pretty easily. So in those scenarios, why would the customs or border security agent think that all of the sudden the provider is going to start paying taxes on earnings they get in the US.
And of course there are individual border security and customs officials who are corrupt and abuse their power simply because they can, but this kind of behaviour is not unique to these professions or just because they are men or americans. We see examples of corruption and abuse of power in all aspects of society all over the world, including even online platforms like this one.
I'm not a fan of this whole situation, it's had a real negative impact on people close to me.
But lets not pretend this is an issue of discrimination due to them being escorts only.
And this happens to tons of other people as well. I know people who legally cultivate cannabis in Canada, they have issues going to the US AND a bunch of other countries. And thats just one example.
This also happens to groups of early 20s guys heading to the US to go to a music festival or nfl game by car. every time, the cars stripped apart and everyone gets interrogated and their phones searched. They usually let you in, but only after they make sure you aren't doing anything illegal.
When it comes down to it, this is about money.
The providers who have told you about this, are they ones you are paying? or ones you know on a personal level? Because every escort I have talked to about this has fully known that this could or would be an issue before they started going full escort, therefore they dont really play the victim. You gotta make sure they aren't just trying to guilt-trip you into coughing up more cash or coming back for more appointments.
Jesus Christ. Wtf. Seriously?Further to that, even a virtual YouTuber (vtuber) by the stage name of Hex who uses Fansly (another adult platform) had been permanently denied entry to USA. They use a digital avatar rather than their own face/body, but USA will still deny people of entry regardless. There's really no point in applying for a tourist visa when the person is in any form of SW and Hex mistakenly thought being a vtuber content creator, they would be fine.
Ok but those are exceptions, the vast majority dont have issues.A quick search will bring up the case of Aussie OF girl Mikaela Testa.
Several dommes I have personally met have also been detained many hours and had their devices searched.
An AMP colleague I know has been banned 10yrs from the USA.
None of my male colleagues have said anything about being detained at the border while being face-out.

Anything through the USA is playing with fire. Their puritanical drive is a waste of time and I'd even say it does not contribute to the quality of life of citizens.
No regular person is saying "keep them whores out" 😂 They don't care. That country doesn't want my taxes nor the taxes of swers who tour - they just wanna shit on hot people.
No not seriously, if you look up the story, they were denied because they had a criminal record. not because of the fanslyJesus Christ. Wtf. Seriously?
I am familiar with this case and this is correct. No not seriously, if you look up the story, they were denied because they had a criminal record. not because of the fansly
Hey, it was the same story on every news link I could find after remembering it happened some years ago, so I figured it really didn't matter. Mikaela still had trouble. I knew you'd be a person who would nitpick about it though which makes me giggle a little bit. Still mentioned parties of which some were detained, and some were flat out banned.Ok but those are exceptions, the vast majority dont have issues.
Not to mention, we are only getting their side of the story. (also vice news lol)
And being detained for questioning is different from being denied entry or banned from the country.
Saying a country doesnt want your taxes is ludicrous,
Also makes it seem like you dont pay taxes, which isnt smart to say online from a non-anonymous account.
I like spunky Rina, lol.Hey, it was the same story on every news link I could find after remembering it happened some years ago, so I figured it really didn't matter. Mikaela still had trouble. I'm not afraid because I don't fuck around with taxes - you're trying to bark up the wrong lady. No need to add in your own little insult towards my intelligence and attack me as a person because you don't like anyone else talking about OF and adult platforms for some reason. Just adding my own angry passionate thoughts as a fellow industry workerCheers.
I only responded at all because I can't stand adult content creators being seen as anything less than fellow swers. I find it really invalidating of the work they do only to be left out. I've been digital-only before. They are at risk of detainment and bans too, and being aware doesn't mean being happy with or okay with such treatment at borders.I like spunky Rina, lol.
Never apologize for standing up for what is important to you. A lot of people seem to forget that there is more than one side to everything and other people are allowed to have a different point of view.I only responded at all because I can't stand adult content creators being seen as anything less than fellow swers. OF manager and I align in that we both don't like how the borders treat industry workers. I probably won't learn my lesson and I won't stay out of it every time. I'm really passionate with certain topics, and adult content creators being part of this industry and being at risk of crappy treatment is one of those things. If giving enough of a fuck to pull up examples of how they, too, are affected by this bs is a bad take, I'll be the baddest and most audacious bitch 🤘 Good night!
If you believe that the issue here is strictly financial, and the US wanting its fare share of revenue then I suggest an experiment.Ok but those are exceptions, the vast majority dont have issues.

"they just want to shit on hot people" 🙄
Edit: the Hex case you listed, they were denied entry because they have a criminal record, not because of fansly (look it up)
