If I were as young as 40, I would limit myself to not seeing anyone much younger than 25.

There is no hardcore "rule" that says what you can and cannot do, but for the best experience possible with a provider there is an age-range and context to consider.

To see as an SP, any age at all is fine so long as they are an adult, could be 19 or 99.

If dating someone hoping that it becomes a relationship, about +/- 15 years is okay, otherwise you may have trouble finding common interests, and be in too different places in life by too large of a gap.
I'm 45, would date someone 30 to 60.
If just seeing an SP 19 to 99 is fine.

For me age doesn't matter as long as there is a connection between you and your partner.

However, I do find women that are near or over the age of 30 to be more enjoyable partners.
