You say this post is for the girls, who are trying to be better service providers, but you also ask for Gents to share opinions.
Well, here goes.

1. Pretty, with big boobs, nice figure and the ability to get around without a wheelchair, because of age.

2. I think the only thing they should have on is the radio and a big smile.

3. BBBJ and BBBJ. After that, more BBBJ followed by BBBJ.

4. When I pay for it, it's professional, when it's free, it's unprofessional..(Sometimes the 'paid ones' can be very unprofessional too.)

5. I think it really depends on the bookie. Does he write it, type it, or use his Iphone ??

6. At least $300.00

7. A sworn statement, witnessed by a 'justice of the peace', that all the info in the ad is true, including their picture.

For me it has to be the overall package. Having said that I would look for (and in that order, for most part).
Ethnicity, Price and location are something that are parts of screening process. So if these two suit me then comes the actual meeting and these things matter to me:

Before going in: punctuality.

Inside the incall:
Service
Attitude,
Body and Face (not necessarily that order, but includes hygiene)
Neatness of the incall


Ads should be as truthful as possible. It should always include the rates and services provided or NOT provided (restrictions).

One thing I must stress and it happened to me recently is- SP's ability to answer my inquiry patiently. Many a time, we men try to contact an SP and when she doesn't respond we contact another one. ALl this is based on online ads. But the problem is that you can't always remember what exactly was in the ad. One SP returned my call after about 8 hours and then got irritated when I asked her questions about the rates etc. She said, "Everything is in the ad." Yes, it was in the ad, but when she called me, I didn't have the ad in front of me.

Punctuality, upsell, patience/politeness, lying about services (or lack of them all) differentiates professionalism from unprofessionalism.

High quality SP has everything that I mentioned above and lower quality doesn't. Also, in case of lower quality SP, you hope that you are not going to run into her pimp/drug dealing bf while seeing her.

This is the essence to me. You can look at all the other stuff but if the right attitude isn't there in the first place, then the rest is inconsequential.

The really good SP's have a very fun and down to earth attitude that makes the acceptance of financial donation for services rendered disappear with a warm hug, kiss and a welcoming smile.

Varies, usually I prefer everyday clothes. Nice lingerie now and then.
Not too much makeup, but sometimes it looks really hot on the right girl.
I do not understand why some girls spend hours on hair/makeup when ten minutes of situps and cardio would help a lot more.

What do you consider to be professional / unprofessional ?

Poor time management, not ready in time, shorting me on time, or wasting my time by playing with her phone.
Phone addiction is the biggest turnoff of all. If you cannot put it down for an hour get lost.

What should a proper booking look like ?

Clear precise communication. I used to see a girl who needed 5 or 6 texts to form a proper sentence. She was beautiful and gave terrific service but I quit seeing her because she was so stressful to deal with. There were constant misunderstandings about where and when we were supposed to meet.
On time, well groomed, not stinking of cigarettes.
Decent incall, need not be five star hotel, just clean and safe.

Attitude.
You either have class or you don't.
Charging high prices does not make you classy.

2: prices
3: hours of availability
4: accurate REAL pics. Good but not too good. There are so many scammers now that if a pic is too good guys automatically assume it is stolen.

As for $300 differentiating between a higher or lower quality SP, it isn't always the case. I have read right here on this very board, and in several news stories over the years that not all high priced SP's have class or will be of quality. Just recalling the recent murder case int he US involving a $1000/hr SP killing a high profile client. I have also read a number of things here on this board where the man claims he paid all this extra money to ensure he had a high quality SP ans she was high or it was a set up to steal his money, amongst other issues....

Personally I think, honesty, authenticity, great attitude, great hygiene, very clean amenities with no indication a previous client has been there, being the person in the pictures, performing the services she advertises, not being high or drunk, and not being a clock watcher if the time goes over a little so the man can achieve orgasm... just being accommodating while still ensuring you are not being taken advantage of are all good protocol to follow... oh yeah, and not kicking him out before his time is up, regardless of whether he had an orgasm early. Either let him go for another, or offer massage, talk, cuddle, don't just throw him out. He paid for his time, so it belongs to him.
