Or ya play in a softball teamIt's because you were a bad, bad bunny wabbit.
What we (people with a role of supporting member and higher) see Emmy is that a post was deleated and the provided reason. In the case you are referring to, the reason the mod who deleted it gave was "Post Disallowed" or "Post removed". Why did the moderator remove them? Not sure. Since many were advertising members I was curious if it had something to do with their signature in a lounge post started by another supporting member. Or there was something in the post they didnt like, or... they just felt like it?
P.S. If a whole bunch of you start posting (or sending me) Keanu gif's, we'll know you're sucking up and it's be "Cupcakes" for you my pretties!
Mainly, we will delete a post that is inappropriate, inane or just doesn't belong in a given thread. Calling it disallowed is just a quick way of moderating a thread.
Another way to think of is as a warning rather than disciplinary.
Here's an example - not something that actually occurred, mind you.
Say Spermie is the OP of a thread on the color of shoes. And it's really a good thread... the discussion is just getting going... and members are making really good points..
Then along comes Alinburnaby.. and makes some totally off-the-wall and inappropriate comment about Cupcakes. <--- Bingo!
Actually, we're impressed that members are discussing this matter.
An example of a sperminator post from a paid advertiser. I understand why she wouldn't be banned but can you explain why one single poster(non advertiser) gets away with these low content posts constantly? He revives threads from years ago with less content then Jaimes post.Mmmmm cupcakes....
You're right. It would be less irritating. It wouldn't be the same without him...
I know.Actually, it's pretty easy to just scroll past spermie's posts - as, I'm sure, people scroll past my posts.
I agree. But I dislike favoritism.Forums are conversations. Some people contribute thought provoking content, others provide humor, some nonsense, and yet others just want to piss everyone else off. Live conversations with several people go all over the place. Forums are just a little more structured because you can think before you speak, but the participants are all still unique individuals.
How totally relevant.5122
Sperminator: You're black shoe wearing, cupcake hating vigilantes.
Henri Ducard/Ra's al Ghul: No, no, no. A black shoe wearing cupcake hating vigilante is just a man lost in the scramble for his own gratification. He can be destroyed, or locked up. But if you make yourself more than just a man who wears black shoes and who hates cupcakes, if you devote yourself to an ideal such as brown shoes, and if they can't stop you, then you become something else entirely.
Sperminator: Which is?
Henri Ducard/Ra's al Ghul: A legend, Mr. Sperminator.
So...you're a dickhead. In other words some people deserve greater limits.
So...yes. We're talking about cats now, dickhead. Sweet, my cat rules. His name is buddy but I used to call him dude which for some reason turned into doodle. If the adoption of a cat from the SPCA was relevant to the circumstances that we are operating under, then yes.
