Recently I have lost 30 lbs (since feb 18th) and its been by a combination of diet and some serious cardio and weightlifting. I never realized just how disciplined you have to be to complete such a task.
I was wondering what other people here on perb have done to battle the bulge?????
I have been following the body for life program and still got 15 lbs and then im done! What is your strategy for weight loss?? or gain???
