I needed to be at a healthy weight and I achieved that today by going vegetarian. With the price of meat it was good for my wallet as well.

Good for you for being veg for that long. Props man and at least you recognize where you are backsliding lol.I've been vegetarian for about fifteen years and I'm proof that you can still be out of shape if your meatless diet is shitty enough. I tend to make decent, wholesome meals throughout the week and then undo everything with copious amounts of beer and takeout on the weekends.

It's extremely difficult. Not so much if you don't prepare or cook your meals yourself.I was vegetarian/vegan for years. it's definitely not difficult to do here in vancouver.

I get the chicken teriyaki dishes from the Bento counters at Superstore or Sobey’s. A helluva lot better for you than burgers and fries. However, my job requires a lot of travelling, with long hours, so I end up hitting fast food places far more than I should.
Classic Durham wheat pasta very much all carbs. There is a whole new gig in lentil and quinoa pastas though. All types, whether a spaghetti and related or a macaroni style.Pasta is shit, pure carbs.
Lol what? How is it difficult? It's extremely difficult. Not so much if you don't prepare or cook your meals yourself.
