I think you are extremely biased my friend. You accuse people of being biased and watching Rachel Maddox blah blah blah. (Rachel Maddox is great by the way) but you’re way on the other side of the extreme here. Both sides in this thread make fun of each other but nobody is going to actually change anybody’s mind. I suggest getting off Fox News for awhile tho.

The current president is a convicted felon, rapist, con man and grifter. He is currently enriching himself in office, arresting his political opponents and judges, while pardoning January 6 goons, and shaking down news organizations for tens of millions of dollars while threatening to pull their broadcast licences.

He has said he doesn't know if he is required to respect the Constitution. He has said he wants to send Americans to prisons in el Salvador. He wants to end habeas corpus. He pals around with dictators.

If a right winger can't bring himself to call that orange piece of shit, a piece of shit, I think you are very kind just calling them biased and extreme.

I'm confident that I learned to separate fact from fiction long before you were born. Your life experience has given you your view of the world and how things work. It's not my job to school you or change your mind. If Trump being the bad guy validates what you believe then go ahead and believe it. Unfortunately it doesn't make it true. I'm not paying attention to any particular media and I make it a point to listen to people who I disagree with. I understand there are algorithms at work and I get that there are vested interests on both sides. It's about money, power and basic human nature. These truths will never change. I'm happy to agree to disagree.

Long before Trump decided to get into reality tv, he was a shit person. Getting into politics didn’t all of a sudden make him a good person. He’s been a liar and a cheat since probably you were born. I absolutely one hundred percent agree both sides exaggerate. And most politicians lie. However you can fact check everything Trump says and it’s all lies.

As for Rachel apologizing for getting the wrong info, that’s what good journalists do. Or even good people. When they’re wrong they own up to it. Trump doubles down on his lies. Will never admit to anything wrong.

He’s an embarrassment. I watched his televised meeting with the African president earlier. Trump has been lied to and is spreading lies right to the African presidents face. It was so awkward. I honestly don’t know how anybody can support him.
