Pretty much though I wouldn't say it's limited to Americans. Remember about 25 years ago when education standards started to falter? The claim (made by the left) was that by lowering education levels it would make it easier for the right to install their agenda. Perhaps that's become true. The other problem is right versus left was once the realm of "sharing wealth versus your right to earn it". Today the right seems to want to embrace hate as their motivate.

Oh for that I totally agree with you . Teddy would not have backed down against anybody or anything as he did with the big New York families and their monopoly . He was nothing like Puppy Trump who hires the same people who used to ridicule him around New York . He most be trying to buy their love and acceptance . A saddle is currently mortised of a wood, or in modern times fibreglass frame called a tree, and is wrapped with an outside layer of leather. It is exposed to the elements and the riders body.
If you've "worn a lot of leather from the tree" you have spent countless hours in the saddle, working, covering distance, and contemplating how sore your body is.
It is a term of endearment in Cowboy logic and folklore that simply means ,respect, a seasoned veteran ,and tougher than most......except perhaps taking into account the wise old leather face riding next to you.

I'd support anybody who can live up to the demands and requirements of the office of the President. Who genuinely wants to work for the health, welfare and prosperity of the American people.

So far: Muslim bans, Russian connections, alienating closest/oldest allies, inciting fear/hatred, isolating America and persistent and outrageous LYING.
Other proposals in the pipeline: cutting 31% off the EPA budget, kicking 23 million Americans off healthcare, reducing meals-on-wheels...all to fund tax cuts for the rich. How does this make America great?

At this point if you told me he was a Russian agent, I would believe you.

I would take Comey's word over Trump's.

Trump breached several protocols dealing with Comey. The FBI is and must remain at arm's length from the President. Having private meetings and a private dinner is way over the line.
From Trump's statements and Comey's own testimony Trump does not understand this.
Trump wanted assurances that Comey would be loyal to him, the President.
The law enforcement officer does not swear loyalty to the President, they swear to uphold the Constitution.
There is a very important difference.
Trump has ranted about this since Comey's appearance and he definitely does not see a difference.
Trump is all about Trump.
