Dress for the weather and step outside. I find walking/jogging outside much more invigorating than running a treadmill.
Take a walk, jog, feel the air, meet people, enjoy the smell of grass and tree, pause at a light, look around, nod at other joggers.
Compare that to enclosed space, constant boring drone of a treadmill with your eyes and ears on 6 o' clock news filled with depressing news of bombings, rapes, killings, corruptions and taxes.
I spent $2500 on a tread mill and it is laying folded for three years and I just go for a walk after supper/dinner.
If weather is too ugly for you, just climb up and down the stairs!! I do that five times on two flights of stairs with total 25 steps. A wonderful exercise, trust me!
