Not sure this belongs in the tin hat thread as actual impeachment could be coming.
Anyone watching the FBI and NSA testifying this morning?
Sounds like the Donald is all on his own..

Trump is distracting us, including the media, with stupid shit. Meanwhile, his legislative agenda is moving ahead, full speed, but receiving less attention and analysis than it should. Maybe he does stupid stuff because he's stupid, or maybe he does it to entertain the plebes so he can get stuff done while we're all looking the other way.
Or maybe this is what the Mercers were hoping for; Donald implodes & the Christian Conservative right has Pence just step right into the position they bought him.

I'm watching it on Twitter. The chatter was the FBI & Intelligence would turn on their masters. Trump is a fucking fool if he thinks being president somehow blocks him from NSA surveillance. Those motherfuckers have a wide scope of powers and if they come at you they WILL hack you. They'll monitor his family, his friends, every single thing he does. The guys stupid enough to use an old Samsung Android phone too. They could be a summer student on that. Trump hasn't yet figured out the job of President is really just a figurehead job. The real control is the military and intelligence. It's like Brittany Spears imagines she's a singer when her success comes from the team around her. She's just got the tits.

I also noted that Trump doesn't use a PC on his desk. So, assuming they use Security Enhanced Linux or equivalent all the stuff he reads has to be viewed & printed by someone else on his team. That there is a major security risk. Who prints it off? Who reads it? What happens to the documents afterward?

Politics is all about power & control. If anyone will have Trump impeached it will be the GOP themselves. The last thing they will do is let Trump continue on this never ending cluster fuck and then destroy the party. All the Democrats need is a solid trustworthy leader and they'll send the GOP to the political wilderness. As much of a cluster fuck as this is, I admit to enjoying some of it in the whole "car crash at the side of the road" thing. It's almost breathtaking to what this happen in real life & in real time. Sometimes I shake my head and think "this isn't a TV show, it's real life".
As I said earlier, McCain and Graham already have the impeachment motion drawn up. Just amassing support and evidence now. McCain has always been against Trump as the Republican candidate/Republican President. That's why McCain commissioned the report the British Spy did on Trump. When it couldn't be used to prevent Trump's nomination, it was leaked to the press.

It's also why Mike Pence was forced as the Vice-President. Mike Pence is a reliable Tea Party Republican. They couldn't get a Tea Party Republican directly nominated, so they played the long game and got the Vice-President nomination. The plan has always been that Trump would be removed.

The Democrats will lose the MidTerms, They will lose the 2020 election and the Tea Party Republicans will have a Super Majority (control of House & Senate) for at least 6 years. The Republicans will campaign for Electoral College votes and the Democrats will campaign for the Popular Vote. This is what years of insulting Americans in "Fly Over Country" has earned the Democrats.

Hillary ruined herself with her own lies and her own actions. Flew into Sarajevo in 1996, a year after the war is over. Claims in a speech that her aircraft was under hostile fire. Debunked immediately by the Washington Post. http://nordic.businessinsider.com/hillary-clinton-bosnia-sniper-fire-2016-6/ Hillary Clinton personally refused Stevens permission to leave Benghazi in 2012 and then reduced the number of security personnel. Hillary Clinton ran her personal email server on a personal laptop because of the rules regarding information on US Government computers.

Many people didn't know if they could believe Donald Trump - but - they knew that they couldn't believe Hillary Clinton.

Next Spring, people won't even remember Donald Trump, he'll be a trivia question. People will still remember Hillary Clinton's lies. If a person is a Black American or a Hispanic American - they will remember all of the Democrat promises that weren't kept. And then they will remember that with a Democrat Administration, Police Officers felt free to Execute innocent Blacks on the streets. Not just in Red Neck country, in major cities that voted Democrat reliably. That's why the Democrats lost Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

I don't know if I agree. The Democrats might of won if they had Bernie at the helm. He'd have picked up all the independent votes. It really depends if the Democracts get their head out of their ass and choose someone that isn't another career politician like Hillary.

The Tea Party is pretty powerful but they represent an "old" version of America. All the Democrats need is someone that pulls in the ethnic vote & the progressive youth. Hillary didn't do that. The blacks voted for Obama & the Hispanics did too. They didn't support Hillary.

Me, I'm a little tired of seeing old white men running the shit even when I qualify as a somewhat old white man.

I think the desk we see in the media shots is just a formal desk in the formal Oval Office. I think most recent presidents have had a working office where the real work gets done. The Oval Office is just for photo ops.

For all we know the desk where Trump works is covered with hi-tech gadgetry. It may be, though, that he doesn't need a working office. There's little evidence that he does anything that most of us would recognize as work.

By his own admission, he spends most of his time watching Fox News, unless he's playing golf.

According to this impeachment is not that easy or successful.

What is the basis of the McCain motion you speak of?
Where have you seen it?

The FBI has confirmed that they have discovered information that proves people on the Trump team were in contact with people in Russia. http://www.cnn.com/2017/03/22/polit...ssociates-may-have-coordinated-with-russians/

Meanwhile, Congress has asked Mr Steele to testify. https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...76c69081518_story.html?utm_term=.f13288ac2192

Trump's impeachment is imminent. Thanks Devin Nunes. http://www.politicususa.com/2017/03/22/republican-house-intel-chair-devin-nunes-trump-impeached.html

Lindsey Graham "Trump must obey the same laws of the country as any other citizen" http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2017/mar/22/lindsey-graham-warns-trump-impeachment/

We'll soon be watching President Mike Pence being sworn in.

I'm actually watching this right now. You swear to God this is like an episode of Homeland merged with House of Cards. I personally believe the Russians would attempt to influence an American election. As a side note, military hacker Jester Actual made a cryptic comment about tough times coming but we'd open the bubbly at the end.

Me, I'm a little tired of seeing old white men running the shit even when I qualify as a somewhat old white man.
It's the people that vote that have the power. Even in an election campaign that is aimed at Electoral College votes. Pennsylvania and Wisconsin proved that. They were supposed to be Hillary's "Firewall" against Trump. Maybe if Hillary had visited at any time during the campaign, maybe if Hillary had joined a "Black lives matter" parade, maybe if Hillary had cared if Coal Miners could find new work - - maybe the people that voted for Obama would have gotten out and voted for Hillary. She didn't and they didn't. The people in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin that voted, voted for Trump. The "Swing" states also voted for Trump. Hillary hadn't given Florida a reason to vote for her.

The reality is that 50 year old white men vote. Blacks don't feel a necessity to vote if the media is saying the Democrat has it in the bag. They voted for Obama, and discovered that his administration felt it was OK for police officers to assassinate Blacks for jay walking. The Cubans in Florida felt betrayed by Obama opening up diplomacy with Cuba. A block of votes here, a block of votes there - it adds up.

I don't think that Trump was going to be as bad for Blacks and Hispanics as Pence is going to be. But the Democrats won't win the Mid Terms or the 2020 election. They probably will lose seats in the House and Senate in the Mid Terms. That's why the Tea Party Republicans are in a hurry to impeach Trump. They need him to be a dim memory in 2018.

Trump couldn't get enough Republicans to vote for his Health Care bill. What does that say?

It says, and this may be hard to believe, that he is more moderate than the extreme right of the Republican party that kept moving goalposts as they believe in NO government in things like healthcare whatsoever. The Democratic party has some left wing idiots who think that life owes them everything but the far right of the Republican party is equally loony and in this case, crippling to getting anything done that involves social welfare. The tea party types are happy to have a Republican president but that doesn't mean they have to support him if he is proposing to actually do something that cares for people.
