In an earlier thread CallMeJack stated that he was part Chinese and his country of origin was Viet Nam.westwoody said:So that's what jack's daughter looks like!
Please do not ban CallMeJack for life. Let him return in a few days. We should not follow his unforgiving and hateful ways, but show him that we're a forgiving group. Give him a chance to redeem himself.Moderator said:You think so? I could change it at any time. Was not sure but if the board wants him gone for good I have no problem with that.
you totally contradict yourself. People have been banned permanantely from this board for less. I don't think there's any excuse for racism, by keeping him here we are basically condoning racist behavior and are therefore part of the problem.LeBeau said:Please do not ban CallMeJack for life. Many have in the past defended CallMeJack's racist comments. Now he's grown in his racism and suddenly there's call to ban him for life.
CallMeJack is a good example of how unchecked subtle racism will eventually become openly mean and hurtful racism.
Actually I thought it was his Mom, maybe CMJ isn't quite as "pure" as he thoughtwestwoody said:So that's what jack's daughter looks like!
The board votes on banning now? Where do I start????!!!!Moderator said:You think so? I could change it at any time. Was not sure but if the board wants him gone for good I have no problem with that.
You didn`t miss much, just CMJ pontificating that Asians are the master raceAvarice said:Dang, what the heck did this lil girl miss?
No doubt racism is an extremely dangerous behavior. Racism should never be condoned. I did not mean to imply in anyway support for CallMeJack's racist behavior.schizo_man said:you totally contradict yourself. People have been banned permanantely from this board for less. We're not going to change the way he thinks by giving him another chance.
I support the banning but would not make it permanent.LeBeau said:Please do not ban CallMeJack for life. Let him return in a few days. We should not follow his unforgiving and hateful ways, but show him that we're a forgiving group. Give him a chance to redeem himself.

One thing I learn about racists, is that they don't change.Randy Whorewald said:I don't think it should be permanent - he may come back rehabilitated and become a better man as a result.
