Shill/fake reviews - Things to look our for

It seems that quite a few people on perb aren't picking up on obviously fake or shill reviews. I have reported around 3-4 fakes to admins who have promptly checked for multi-handles and given subsequent bans.

I wanted to include very simple red flags/things to look out for, for these types of fakes.

* As soon as I see "New Member" tag next to a username it's worth checking their profile page. This tag refers to the number of posts made rather than the age of the account.

* Checking the reviewing members profile is their only activity relating to the SP being reviewed? Do they post 1 review with no other activity then no longer use the account?

* Does the SP being reviewed respond to the new review within a short amount of time (e.g. within 30 minutes of it being posted)

* Do they post perb review screenshots in their Leolist ad? If so look for timestamps in the post. Quite often the screenshot will say "posted a moment ago" or "posted 2 minutes ago". Indicating that the SP posted the fake review then screenshot it almost instantaneously.

All of these things are easy to check in a few minutes and help us all cut down on these types of fakes in the community.

Yeah. Been a lot of "new members" posting lately. Granted a p00ner has got to start somewhere, but the way the posts are written is far too obvious most of the time.

My clients often email/text me to let me know about their post! To me, it's an extra gift of their labour in writing and dedicating a review. I'm sure that there are other SPs that get a heads up the same way that I do.

I definitely agree that it's suspicious if their ads contain screenshots of perb reviews "posted a moment ago" though. Even after 1min, it would say 1min ago, right? I doubt that any SP would be even more on-the-dot with checking perb than me 😂 Good catch! Multiple "symptoms" of fake/shill reviews from your list make for a good reason to ask mods to check. Thank you for noticing and reporting 🙏

The funniest is when a shill review is clearly written by a woman trying to pretend to be a male pooner
This should be another key sign to look out for:

I should add that to the list. Some of the details are quite obvious as well. One giveaway is "her nails were freshly manicured". Men almost never would even notice or mention this in a review yet I've seen plenty of fakes written by SPs.

I would notice... but I would never mention it in a review.

I have a few regulars that love manicured and pedicured fingers and toes. Especially pedicures. It could easily be in a review by a legitimate client. Especially submissive clients with a foot fetish. Because you and your friends don’t notice doesn’t mean lots of men don’t notice and might or might not put it in a review.

I think these are all very good suggestions but keep an open mind and even if somebody has all the red flags they can still be legitimate 💕. I have some pretty syrupy worshipful clients. I’m sure if I got them to write reviews everybody would think it’s me!! Haha

Yes those with foot fetish will definitely notice a pedicure. I find foot fetish to be quite common amongst men

Some guys are really into manicures too. I rarely have manicures done anymore cuz they get in the way of other stuff I do often like prostate massages & fisting

When I used to dance and work in parlors, I had extremely long airbrushed talons. These days my nails are quite a lot more subdued so I can still comfortably fist. I was iron deficient for awhile so my natural nails were a mess. So I’m wearing acrylics again. I keep them somewhat short tho

I have to admit ,
I would notice if their nails and eyelashes were done, or even if they had just done a particularly nice job on their makeup , and honestly have mentioned it in more than one review as it’s something I happen to like .

There is one now very well known MP , who when it was first bought from the previous owner who ran it poorly and into the ground , to their credit , the new owners did a great job bringing it back to life and turned the business completely around .
However the new owners was Eastern European and it was obvious when he discovered Perb .

Almost daily new reviews were being posted by New members who had joined less than a week before the review , and the way every review was writtten was like reading a James Bond novel where the Russian villain was speaking .

I would too. But personally nails, lashes and make up are pretty low on my list of things I would put in a review.
Even outfits since those never last long before they're on the floor.
Energy, friendliness, good skin, slim waist, a good head of hair (not necessarily done) all come before.
Those are like the fundamentals and results of being a good human being who takes care of themselves.

Yes I have always written quite a bit about the providers character traits when reviewing.
I didn’t just write , she wore make up , I liked that , the end .
Or she didn’t wear make up , the End !

If I’m guilty of anything I’m sure many would say it would be going into too much long winded detail about the small things regarding the SP’s personality + small details about things such as how she carried herself & small physical details many might not even notice , when I used to review .

There's sometimes a fine line between a shill review from a member on Perb and a 'regular' who may have become the handler of the lady or simply infatuated or a white knight. Heck, I and a few others I knew were asked one time to manage a group of ladies years ago, and I turned them down. If only there was an "acid test" to differentiate between the two.

A white knight or infatuated is a valid review tho. Its their opinion the lady is amazing based on their experience.

Good point. Sometimes, a sp manages to satisfy mind, body and soul, and our primitive male brain goes banana for them, at least for a while. They are still legitimate reviews when it happens.
