Isn't this all on a spectrum? Even though the OP tried to define what a "sensual domme" was, after reading the comments there seemed to be quite a range of experiences.

It's like trying to define GFE, it would be easy if everyone just stuck to BBBJ, DATY and kissing... but (capitalism) as soon as the term had some marketing cachet, all of a sudden SPs were advertising "covered GFE", "everything safe GFE", "CBJ only GFE", "no daty GFE", "no kissing GFE", etc.!!!
