Reason for sperminator being banned for 5 months?

What mod did the ban and why?
When he tries to log in he gets a message saying its due to "chat room abuse", he was in chat when another user put him on ignore, then he put the user on ignore and it caused a error on the other users end, so why did he get banned?
This was 3 days ago? No one has posted why yet.
5 months seems really extreme, hell 5 minutes is extreme when nothing has been done.

Dont multiple people use the mod accounts? So how can I know which mod to ask, if I don't know which mod did the ban?
Also if he was banned for no good reason then perhaps the mod who did it wants it swept under the rug.
A year ago someone banned my TERB account, no reason given, and I had not posted on TERB since 2002, back when I posted reviews there before PERB was made.
Someone is abusing mod powers, my TERB banning is evidence of that. I tried e-mailing and PMing fred zed and never got a response, however since I only ever used my TERB acct to search TERB for touring girls reviews I have not bothered to get it fixed.

if he did something to deserve a ban of 5 months that would be acceptable, though I am being lead to believe this is a rogue mod.
Seems odd to ban a legitimate member of PERB (he even has posted reviews) and not try and give clarification on the issue in a day or two.
Seems like someone who hates me on PERB is a mod on TERB though and got their kicks by banning my TERB account.

There are two active Mods on PERB. Myself and Moderator - 1. Fred of course also has Mod abilities, I don't clasify him as an "active" (no disrespect intended here Fred) mod as he has other boards to attend to and typically comes here infrequently or when we call upon him to help out with something.

Either Mod-1 or myself can be contacted by PM at any time. Keep in mind though that we have real lives, jobs and sometimes SO's about that prevent us from being here as often as we would like, or to be able to respond as quickly as we would like.

Typically when either Mod-1 or myself ban someone we post it in PERBATORY. Notice I say typically, we don't always post a reason for the ban. Why we don't post a ban varies from one instance to another, but is always for what we consider to be good cause. Fred doesn't use PERBATORY the way Mod-1 and I do, but that is simply a matter of personal choice on his part, no hidden agenda.

Well sperminator is a legitimate user, fred zed is not active enough to know the perb community well enough since he also is on TERB and MERB along with trying to be on PERB.
Hopefully this will all be sorted out, as the problems in chat were caused from my understanding by a bug that velvetsomething a TERB user experienced and I guess blamed on sperminator.
All I know is what sperminator has told me of the situation and he is a honest guy from all my dealings with him.

Hopefully fred can sort this out.

Funnyfunguy is a troll who is no doubt on this 3rd or 4th account and one day will be on his 6th or 7th.

Um ...speaking of brown shoes, I have personal knowledge that another member (who is currently banned) although in the past has denied a liking brown shoes, actually is the owner of 14 pairs of various shades of brown shoes, all delicately cared for, neatly stored and obviously well appreciated! The 14 pairs of brown trumps his 10 pairs of black.
