Sweet merciful Zeus! The same member has bumped more than one 411 thread asking about an advertiser whose images were revealed as stolen weeks ago...

I posted this in the closed ' A very important message from Perb' thread, but figured it was apropos to re-post here. I don't believe this breaks any rules when it comes to snipping and pasting content from one thread to another. I'm certainly not looking to re-open that closed thread:
'As Thumper said "If you can't say somethin' nice, don't say nothin' at all"
I'm sure this is the spirit of the Mod enforcement policy.
I for one will be having less to say regarding stupid noob questions when 2 minutes of minimal effort from said noob will get the answer. After all, weren't we all noobs at one point? Of course, some of us were intuitive enough to have lurked a bit to get the feel and drift of the Board before coming on and asking "Who's the best kisser?"
I will also have less to say to the constant inane questions in the 411 from so many members, new and old, dissecting an SP with 15+ questions that ultimately devolve into complete minutiae, to the point of her choice of fast-food, or that tiny, mostly invisible mole on her inner thigh, or that one wild areola whisker that she missed plucking being the deal breakers on whether to see her or not. Shame on her!
And it would probably be prudent if I withheld commentary to those that can't figure out that our positive reviews are just that- a mostly subjective iteration of our own encounter with a given lady, and that our specific personality and actions ultimately determined the quality and mileage of said encounter. We are not all created equal- expecting an equal experience is not necessarily going to happen. YMMV is exactly that. Just use the review as a guideline and make the choice yourself- the resulting encounter will be what it is. Nothing is guaranteed. Even the civvie chick that decides to give you a free ride isn't necessarily going to satisfy you on all levels. Looks? Service? Attitude? A subjective opinion needs to be taken objectively. But this is the common sense part, which so many seem to be missing......so any sharp commentary, however well intentioned towards this serves what purpose...?
Look- I understand that the longer term members have been there- done that on so many occasions when it comes to bringing up subjects that have been hashed, re-hashed and beaten to death in the past. How is a noob to know? No problem- a little patience goes a long way. I will refrain as possible. But a wee bit of research would go a long way towards getting the assistance one desires, and reducing the amount of "negative" (sarcastic, tongue-in-cheek, anecdotal, jockular etc...) feedback commentary, given with good, yet stern, intent. Probably best to refrain from chiming in to point this out to the clueless.
Just seems to me that there is so much more spoon-feeding and table setting required these days. I suppose this is because the next gen of younger members come from an entitled environment where everything is handed to them? They expect to just show up and the heavy lifting is done already? Or just sheer laziness? I dunno- in my world you get what you give. And I'm more apt to help those that show an inclination to help themselves. But no need to berate these children, when kindness and endless explanation is the new norm. Formerly, a solid smack on the ass was the attention getter, and the consequences went up from there. Usually, the anticipation of the impending "conversation" when the old man got home from work was enough to set you back on the best path.
Come to think of it- isn't this the enforcement that the Mods are now putting back front and centre for our attention and consideration?
Will this clean up the Board and provide a happier, anti-septic environment for all to play in?
Most likely.
But hopefully not at the cost of censor, or the ability to call a spade a spade with some latitude to inject some personality.
As noted earlier, a little common sense can go a long way.'
