Hi folks. This is going to be an awkward post but I thought I might as well go for it.

I am a newbie to this forum. I have tried escorts just a couple of times in life and it was within the last 6 months. My problem is that I finish too fast. On both my visits I lasted less than 10 mins on both hh appointments. So I seek more foreplay (which I really enjoy) in order to at least complete the hh of the appointment. Well if you enjoy foreplay you probably have to choose true gfe providers and not girls on bp who want you in and out.

The first step is to find you PONR, (point of no return) and practice just reaching it and then backing-off. Do this over and over until it's mastered, (yes, this is done solo unless you can find a willing 'trainer') and when you feel you have this part under control, you can do an exercise called 'edging'...essentially finding that place where you can continue with stimulation right before orgasm and ride that 'edge'. Great advice. For less sensitivity you can also stay clear of ultrathin condoms. Have a drink before your session. You can also masturbate before your session. Second one out of the gate typically takes longer (at least for me). Sometimes it is also about finding the right partner.

The end of the day the important thing is that you enjoy yourself. Also do yourself a favor and read some of the stats on this subject. Real life is not porn and you will probably be really surprised to see what realistic numbers are for time before orgasm.

Are you looking for just foreplay on you? Or you working on her as well?

If you are just trying to extend what is currently a less than 10 minute BJ to say 25-30 minutes, there are some options. First off you need to find the right provider, treat a well reviewed travelling SP with respect and she'll probably do just about anything you like. Great advise. After reading this it reminded me of my times with Nicole from Broadway's. She would take me right to the edge and then back off over and over again. I could last forever with her. My ATF SP and experiences!

IMHO the advice about mastering "point of no return" is the best one. Also, try to keep your body in good shape. Jogging or any kind of sports activities will help here.

Regarding mental training:
I would recommend not to masturbate while watching porn.
The porn sets too high expectations and its picture is far from reality and in real life, you can be "disappointed".
Try to masturbate with your imagination. You will train the mental-physical connection and stay closer to the real world.

The simple answer is, yes, it probably did.

Porn is completely unromantic and unrealistic. Watching porn regularly can make you expect too much of a normal woman/man too and can make your sex life very stale and unromantic too. It can also make you lose all sexual connection with a person if your porn addiction is pretty bad.

If porn was the means of your arousal for so long, just seeing a normal naked woman/man will not be enough anymore and this really isn't fair on your sexual partners, especially if she is your wife, girlfriend, husband, boyfriend etc etc.
