If you're willing to put in the time and discipline, you can train yourself to last as long as you wish. The first step is to find you PONR, (point of no return) and practice just reaching it and then backing-off. Do this over and over until it's mastered, (yes, this is done solo unless you can find a willing 'trainer') and when you feel you have this part under control, you can do an exercise called 'edging'...essentially finding that place where you can continue with stimulation right before orgasm and ride that 'edge'. Practice with and without condoms. Good luck!

lol, it's the old 'ten thousand hour rule', jk I'm sure everyone's a bit different, but when things begin to feel 'too good', make a bit of an adjustment or completely stop before it's too late. See how long you can go w/out blowing, get to know your own 'tells' and maneuver around them. It's more fun w/a partner, but you can do these solo as well. Kegels, (look it up) will strengthen your pelvic floor and give you a 'feeling' of control down there...it takes a bit of work, but the dividends are plentiful. There's tons of material out there, find whatever works for you and practice. Good luck!
