For those who like good war movies "Come and See", a Russian war movie, with subtitles. If you've never seen a Russian war movie it's worth watching. Available on YouTube.

Saw it in the UK back in the 80's. Definitely what you would imagine the war looked like for civilians in Russia. Merciless and hopeless.

I liked the Outlaw Josie Wales when I first saw it but then a friend told me that it is his favorite western which caused me to move it up on my list of favorite movies as well. I notice that several people in this thread have listed it high on their list as well. For you fans, you should watch this ~8 minute short on the making of the Outlaw Josie Wales. It has some humerous bits as well like when Chief Dan George's character is sneaked up from behind on by the native girl (have forgotten the character's name).

I have a very long list of movies I have watched more than twice. I am only going to list a few of them, but those I list below I will likely watch again at some time in the future.

- The Godfather and The Godfather II
- Groundhog Day
- Pulp Fiction
- Blade Runner
- Terminator 2
- Taken (just the first one)
- Edge of Tomorrow (have watched many times, possibly for same reason I have watched Groundhog Day many times - a sequel is possibly coming out for Edge of Tomorrow: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5617712/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_3 )
- The Equalizer (just the first one)
- The first Bourne movie
- Unforgiven and several other Clint Eastwood westerns
- Charles Bronson classics like Once Upon A Time In The West, Red Sun and Death Wish
- In The Heat of the Night

Thanks man.

You might also like Savior, starring Dennis Quaid and Stellan Skarsgard. Its co-produced by Oliver Stone. The movie is mostly set in war-torn Bosnia in 1993.

Not your date-night movie.

Here's the trailer:

Beverly Hills. In the Kitchen eatin' vittles.
I love all these suggestions. One day I'll have to watch some of them.
I'm not a big movie watcher. Probably because I never even had Netflix until 2 years ago and I'm not the type to go to the movies by myself.
My favorite movie and one i have watched many times is Uncle Buck. i love John Candy.

I rewatch a lot of the movies mentioned already, but I probably still watch Sideways once or twice a year. I just can't look away from the train wreck that is Paul Giamatti, lol

Are you saying that Paul G. is not a good actor? That's the wine movie correct? I watched it once. It was ok, nothing fantastic that I remember.
