I think they come in on a student visa, but they don't attend school lol. Student visas allow them to stay longer than tourist visas maybe. But I don't think they enroll in English college, then think maybe they'll hook up with a micro to make extra $$. I think that they are nominally enrolled in a course to justify the visit, but they were recruited for the micro.
