This video was so hard to see. I feel so sad for our Indian brothers and for what the families are going through. This Covid 19 is no joke and at the moment it seems unstoppable and without barriers. My fear is that with so many flights arriving to YVR with Covid 19 cases on board, that our covid 19 cases will grow exponentially,and in doing so, it will cripple our health care system.

And what's Canada doing? Sweet fuck all. The quarentine system isn't working. People are refusing to quarentine, infected flights are coming in and now we have the double mutant from India circulating. Congratulations Trudeau, Tam, Horgan, Henry and Dix, who see keeping certain votes more important than health. Every one of them is a liar when they say they are doing everything to stop this virus.

They have no problem killing businesses, and no problem handing out borrowed money to try to look good, but they are all liars. People will obey health orders if they make sense, and are fair, penalties are enforced and we aren't importing infections. People are frustrated now because we are being lied to every day, and we see international flights coming and going, but people can't take a camper out into the wilderness.

Banning flights from India just does not do it. We saw that with the USA banning flights from China. Unless you have a total flights ban from all the countries it is just not going to cut it.
Those flying out from India will do so through other countries in order to come back to Canada or to visit Canada for whatever reason. We have to take the same stance that New Zealand did at the start of the Pandemic and unequivocally ban all travel like they even did with Australia. Also, the variants from India are already in other nations. We did not ban flights from the UK, South Africa or Brazil for their various variants that were rife there. The India variants are even probably in the USA and the essential workers could transmit it here!!

When a building is on fire, and getting worse, you don't NOT try to put it out, just because it's still burning. You do what you can. Stopping flights from places where Covid is raging just makes common sense. If people try to go around the flight restrictions, make it as inconvenient as possible, and if you find their original start point was from a country with banned flights, send them right back, or put them in quarentine - real quarentine - for two weeks. Make them shit their pants to be afraid to break the rules, if we want to get serious instead of pussy-footing around because Trudeau's afraid some fuctard activists will call us racist.
Then, when that's done, we can enforce restrictions here, but don't make us lock down, before doing the logical, international restrictions first. There are damn few people flying internationally that NEED to.
