How to tell when you need a break from the Forums?

I was on PERB for a long time but took a break after I realized I had started posting to every new thread. Usually along the lines of, "This has been done to death!" or "Do a search!" So I took a break. Came back with a better attitude, I hope.

ponder this often, good of you to post this, get one thinking in terms of valuable information and contribution vs cheap entertainment which I suspect is part of why some folks are on here
