Just eat with moderation, try to cook for yourself and don't eat out. Try to eat fermented food and drinks, very good for you. Excersise as much as you can and don't eat after 6pm. Hit the gym too fatty. Way more enjoyable with more health benefits than just your fad diet alone.Meat is still okay even bacon, eggs but wheat has been altered ie: GMO.
I am not a gym person...never liked it...never will...rather go for a walk.

Around the central interior.....no offence but.....Super Greens Powder is just fertilizer.Awesome idea. I only eat meat, dairy or bread when we go out to eat. At home, it's good old plant based protein (Lentils, Beans, etc) and *drum roll* . . . a super greens powder. Best thing ever![]()

Fat free is a scam. Fat free junk is full of sugar to make it palatable.stay clear away from anything labelled “FAT FREE”

What is your main goal? Only weight loss, or do you want to improve your diet to reduce inflamation, digestion etc..... Is there is a specific dietary plan/goal you are trying to achieve?could lose a few pounds.. have decided to go Wheat, Dairy and Sugar Free :-(

Reason being, is just cutting out those foods may not result in any great loss, if you are just substituting. For example, if you cut out wheat/gluten and replace it with other starches (Rice, potato, beans etc..)... your carb intake will remain same. Doesn't make sense for most people to go gluten free unless they have a gluten alergy or celiac disease. If you cut out dairy, you need to make up the fat somewhere else. Also eggs are one of the most nutritionally balanced foods and has essential fatty acids, same with grass fed butter. Sugar i agree is evil and should be avoided except in very small quantities, but if you cutting out cola and replacing with juices, its still sugar and your body will process it the same.
