Is it just me or there more SP's requesting gift cards. When asked why, replies vary from "I have been robbed" to "It is for my sisters daughter".
Is there anyone out there that can perhaps shed a little light on this for me please

Gift cards are a good way to make a deposit from the client perspective. They can be purchased and emailed anonymously and are way safer than e-transfers for a lot of reasons IMHO.

I totally get why SP's are asking for deposits for new clients, the no-show guys are making it necessary unfortunately.

In my case I'm in town for only a few days once every few months, due to COVID I've reduced number of appointments I accept so I need to make sure the ones I take are for certain to justify my visit. Gift cards are a convenient anonymous way to do it.

The Topic of Gift Cards/Deposits has been covered extensively over the last few Years .
As recently, as two weeks ago . I don't know how much more Light could be Shed ?
A Gift Card is probably the most discreet way to supply a Deposit !
