diets are key to everything like 90 percent and working out is about 10 percent...
have to disagree,
i eat and drink as much as i can consume.
especially beer,
i burn it off, three hours of hard biking five days a week, my comute to work, and on my weekened, i usaully fit somthing else in,
im in my mid fifties, my resting heart rate in mid season goes down to about fifty five fifty eight, i have put guys half my age to shame out on the bike path.
that being said i agree i could have a better diet,
but diet is not 90 percent,
the best quote i ever heard about fitness, and i truely believe this,
was from a ultra marathon runner,
he said 90 percent is mental.
and the other ten percent its mental as well.
