I try not to wait much.
I have missed some great opportunities from waiting.
And, I have had some great experiences with fairly new providers.
I haven't seen much evidence that experience really changes what a provider has to offer.
Sometimes their menu will expand over time, but their approach / comfort level and attitude seem to be determined by their personality.
I saw one lady for her very first session as a provider and she was great.
I was scheduled to see an independent provider that I had seen several times.

This is interesting from a provider perspective as well. The type of clients we see when we are new and young is very different than the ones we see once we hit 30. I feel really grateful for the guidance I received when I started to add a few years to my age, otherwise I would be getting all the weirdos and creeps. I still posted as early 20's, and did not get the cream of the crop demographic. Most of my clients were 45-70. Most were only looking fo a half hour, and a two hour date was extremely unusual. About a year ago I had the good fortune and luck to come across a very young lady's ad in CL.
