Booking or not booking a Sp based on their posting history?

Just wondering if anyone else will not book a Sp based on their posting history? Can be for the most frivilous reasons, but eh not book is not book. There are a couple I would not book and there may be more than a couple that would not book with me, but I don't mention my perb name when I book so I doubt that matters much.

If they have a Twitter account look through that instead. On Twitter it's just self-censorship and you can get some very eye opening postings. Helps with the decision making in terms of chemistry and personality very quickly.

just a note that if you don't think someone would book with you because of your posting history and you withhold that on purpose, that's coercion and it's super gross.

anyone who doesn't want to book me because of this post isn't someone I want to book with anyways hahaha

Just be yourself. Sure your authenticity will repel some people but that same authenticity will attract the people who you can truly connect with.

^^This applies to this business and civilian/personal life as well.

To the men who book providers that they think wouldn’t want to see them if the lady was aware of their posting history; you’re screwing yourself over. If you see someone you know wouldn't actually want to see you if she knew your board handle, you are blocking yourself from having a sexual experience that involves a genuine connection.

Fake begets fake. Enjoy your mediocre sexual experiences.

I always book with providers based on their overall looks and generally who I am attracted to first.

Posting history rarely deters me from booking or not booking with someone.

Typically the depth of your pre-post thinking IS something that would inspire me to spend quality time with you.

But some of that post above seems almost oxymoronic.

Once Civvy women get over the complete horror of men seeing escorts, they then point out that the men are depriving themselves of "a sexual experience that involves a genuine connection".

You, at least representing in some way the faction of commercial sex sellers who are effectively replacing the sexual experience that involves a genuine connection with time/company bought and sold are now presenting yourself as one who would otherwise represent some sort of genuine connection.

I'm lost as to the thinking behind that.

The underlying answer to this, for everyone, is that posting history DOES impact and usually enhance the appeal to the random SP here.

And furthermore, the additional effect is a psychological one where one (probably reads/sees what he wants to see) and becomes considerably MORE inclined or considerably less inclined to see a provider based on her posting history, as compared to his initial impression of her, either positive or negative.

I have probably never known of a provider who I wouldn't book entirely because of her posting history... but quite a few have enhanced their seeming appeal in my mind with their own posting history.

Now perhaps one's relatively bland posting history may do no more than the authenticate her as a sincere provider, yet that would still count under your umbrella.

The posts matter more than most think... and yet the providers are the ones who should still be true to themselves with their posts, regardless of what clients may think. For every one who takes exception to what you wrote, there are five who first *noticed* you because of what you wrote here.

It's sorta like, say, Chaturbate... in that... the guys who are only into 4' 9" Asian women... will be off somewhere else with 4' 9" Asian women. There's no reason why a 6-foot tall Caucasian woman should try to disguise her stature or her ethnicity to maintain some appeal to the crowd who is only drawn to 4' 9" Asian women. This biz is like real life in that, if you're a woman, ALL you have to do is represent something out there, and a male crowd will come running (if you put yourself in the path in any way).

There have absolutely been times where I was considering booking with a provider and either through their postings on Perb or on Twitter (more common) I've realized that maybe that particular Sp and I would not be a good fit so I've then decided no to book.

I'm also quite conscious of my own posting history as I'm sure many of the ladies that advertise on Perb take their time to take a quick look at what kind of person is trying to book them, especially if the person is on Perb.

I've had almost all positive experiences with SP's throughout the past 2.5 years and I firmly believe that this definitely plays a part in it.

we don't replace the sexual experience that involves a genuine connection: we guarantee [a strong possibility of] it (as long as you're not an asshole). I genuinely have love for my clients. If you think genuine love isn't something money can't buy, you're wrong. I feel respected, cared for, and valued in a way I NEVER have with civvy men and what is love besides that? I'm more than happy to reciprocate.

Everything we read that was written about or written by a provider is factored into the decision as to whether or not we want to see them. Just like when they ask you for your perb handle when you try to book. Your post history becomes a factor in them deciding to see you so obviously it works the other way also.

There has only been one local provider I would not book based on what she has posted on this forum in the past. Not even sure if she is here anymore may have been banned.
As for myself I have never told any providers that I have an account here. If they ask I say I have heard of it but don't have an account. It's not that I am trying to hide what I post or be dishonest. It's that I keep my private life private

Guys and Ladies alike should take into consideration that whatever they post has an impact on their business and their ability to meet and get along with others. Whether it's a lady (including some who advertise here) crapping on PERB on twitter or a reviewer being a complete pig while discussing his last session, judgements are made.

That's the definition of dishonesty. You're lying to them. It's best to say "yes I have an account but I'm not comfortable sharing it with you", and then they can decide. Lying to someone so they'll sleep with you is coercion.

No, you are actually completely wrong. They are sleeping with you based on the money they are paid, not whether I am a member of this board so no coercion but nice try. It is none of their business what I do outside of our arrangement. Am I lying, yes? Am I being dishonest, no because it is none of their business. I am no more under an obligation to share I am a member of this forum than I am to share the fact that I am a member of Drummers World, Guitar Tech, or the fact I like lasagna.
I notice people on this forum have very different views about what a relationship may or may not be with a service provider.
Exactly why should a member let a service provider know they are a member here? Or have a Twitter account, are married, have three kids, etc...
Nope, not on the same page at all on this one. However, I do respect the opinion of others.
