This is exactly how fucked up the US justice system is....feel bad for the people he molested and raped as their justice is truly denied. Cosby is such a piece of shit!!
He waived his 5th amendment rights in an (informal) non-prosecution agreement and admitted to drugging women before having sex without their consent.
He got off on the definition of a technicality, not because there's any question about his guilt. I wouldn't be so quick to give him the benefit of any doubt.

Why do these women wait 30 years to say something? Out of the 60 women or whatever, you would think at least one would have gone to the police or media when it happened. Thats like saying someone you know steels your car and then 30 years later you go to the police and say hey this guy stole my car 30 years ago. Wheres the proof! So is it guilty before proving someone is innocent nowadays? If he was white he would have gotten no jail time period.

While I'm disappointed Cosby won't die in prison, I'm even more disappointed that I'm astonished he actually served three years, which is three years more than most rapists do.

He basically admitted he did it in a civil trial. When he made the admission it was on the basis that he would not be criminally prosecuted. The evidence in the criminal trial relied on the civil case testimony. Thus, he was denied his due process rights against self incrimination. That is the legal reasoning in the case.
