So, I'm a little curious, back before the internet, how did people go about setting up incalls?
How'd the SPs even advertise that they were visiting a city? It seems with the internet, it's really fairly easy to see who's visiting and then send a text/e-mail/call them up, but before, how would you even know who's in town and where to call?
