With this stupid anti prostitution/or anti-men bill passed -I haven't actually been following the news and don't know if it's still in effect- are "spa" places, say like the Atlantis, safe (from LE) ? I think it's been like 7 years since I been to one.

I have never been to one but many PERB members visit Atlantis and other similar places. One ex Fox (from Fox's Den) said that cops would visit the place now and then, but they would just check ID's and stuff just to make sure that girls are right age etc. Cops know very well what goes on but luckily, for us, LE is not interested in putting end to this business.

Absolutely- I would have assumed you knew this from your experience and 8 years on the Board. Read all the posts and reviews of places like Atlantis, Prosper, Tiger, Lotus, Pharaoh, I-Spa, White Skin, Aqua, Callidale, 4-U Day, etc. etc.
All safe, thriving(?) businesses with zero LE issues. For many gents, these places are safer options than a lot of indies out there. And easier to come and go, appointments not necessary, peruse the menu for the daily staff availability etc.
For me with my schedule I find Spas are sometimes my best and only option- no notice required.
