Given that the article lists the name of the building, the municipality, & the unit number involved, it won't be too difficult. I don't think this is an AGENCY as I would define it. It sounds to me like a pimp running some inexperienced/underage girls.
A couple of years ago or so, someone here on Perb posted about his scary innocent he encountered in this building. I remember he listed the condo unit too. Not sure if the thread got deleted because the condo until was revealed. Obviously one to avoid.
That sounds like a neighbour from hell, whatever the circumstances.
If he's operating some drug den/brothel, the lack of discretion is beyond stupid.
I'm surprised it's so difficult to get something done, or force him to sell, let alone get his ass jailed, if police found an underage girl there.
I've heard of other cases where people were fined, and evicted for running businesses like tailoring, or computer repair business from suites.
