Well I am starting to believe that the police forces in the US hired their inbreed kin to be police. I have to say that the white police officer was fucken stupid or high on drugs; with all that has been happening in the states, you fiqure he would be smart enough not to do something so foul/illegal/ and morally wrong. But he did. Race riots will resume with vigour.

So when Trump gets re-elected (mostly because of his tampering with the polling booths and mail in ballots - he will win in the swing states), cause he cheated.
There will be race riots in the states. Law and Order will not prevail, nor justice, just chaos....

Or will it be rich vs the poor. Either way the crops will burn in the fields, and millions will starve. No relief for hurricanes and the pandemic.... true chaos.....

In reality evil will prevail, because right now the good man is not doing anything.

I don't agree with everything she says, (I don't trust Trump) but she raises some good points.

You mean a police officer shot a man who was ignoring police orders?
Yep that's the one. Yes he was not following police orders. Did you watch the video of the two stupid cops following him around the car with their guns drawn? Tackle the guy ffs. Seemed to be two more cops their for backup, they come into picture a second after the shooting. I saw a report that said they tasered him but was noneffective, not sure if true or they are trying to cover their asses. Ever heard of a double tap? Hit him again, both of you hit him with tasers before he got around the front of his vehicle.

End of the day you don't comply with a order from a cop you take your health and life into your own hands but this day in age with training (submission skills not including knee on neck) and technology (less than lethal equipment) there should have been options other than putting holes in his back with kids in the car and being live streamed to facebook as you do it. Talk about lighting the fuse on a bomb that is already primed to blow.

I know if had been me I would have face planted the guy through his drivers window on his way around. I would probably be up on excessive force charges but better than shooting a guy in the back.

We will never know the words exchanged prior to opening the door of the car. Perhaps Jacobs said something like " I'm going to shoot your asses" and the cop thought he was going to reach for his gun.

Shooting him seven times in the back...zero discipline. Those cops are idiots who have either really shitty training or no training at all.

Seven fucking times.

Lynchings in the US - just a different format from a noose. The country is built on war and rascism.

Jacobs should have listened to the cops. But at the same time, that was excessive force by those cops. Currently, I don't believe that they should be charged for murder, but definitely disciplined, and possibly fired, and if not, then at the very least retrained.

And this is why there's protests. This keeps happening with no censure. No reprimands, no disciplining, nothing.
Jacobs didn't die. But is paralyzed for life.

So if a person does not follow orders should be shot? Bravo !!
How can you expect a black person to trust police and comply orders when only a short while ago, a black man was murdered by a (white) cop by kneeling on his neck.

Aren't cops supposed to have been trained with difficult situations that a common person can not handle? Well may the new order is "Shoot any person who doesn't follow orders. Oh, by the way, check his skin color first)

Amazing how many people get swept up in the news. You people cant see how they cherry pick events specifically to further fuel the chaos, can you??

There is an alarming number of innocent children getting killed in the US admist all the chaos. Why is the media focusing on adults who resist arrest getting killed?? Americans are getting tricked into destroying their own country.

Looting, rioting and arson is not "protesting."

This isn't the poor attacking the rich, it's the poor and the middle class destroying each other. The real rich people don't give a shit, it's great for them. They are the only ones who can afford to rebuild afterwards. And there will be much less small businesses left at the end for their corporations to compete with.

You're one of the smartest people here, Miss Hunter. We've never met, but I like you.

Yes, the rich are getting richer. Covid 19, riots, looting, double digits unemployment. Yet the USA stock market all are at record highs- Dow, Nasdaq, S and P 500.

Questions to me is WTF?

Shooting sounds justified from the details I could review. There was a knife in the footwell of the vehicle.

As far as shooting seven times, the Supreme court has determined it's not possible to measure the "exactitude of force" necessary to control this type of situation. Lesser means of force were used to try and control the suspect, but failed.

The suspect, who had been convicted for offences against children, wasn't exactly a model citizen.

It's easy to be an armchair general. Usually those people have never been in a fight or dangerous situation themselves.

Right now, people are rioting in the U.S. just for the sake of rioting. Look at Minnesota.

Some guy committed suicide with the cops nearby, and they mistook it for a police shooting and are now people are looting.

During Hurricane Katrina there were several instances of "stressed" cops acting as execution squads on the unsuspecting public.Because they were alarmed or "stressed".They used that excuse to justify shooting first and never asking questions. Somebody pointed out as you did, being in stressful situations that the average joe would find difficult is part of the job description. That is what they are meant to be trained for, and given the responsibility for.

They are police officers, not Navy SEALS. The standards aren't that high. What you're expecting is something police aren't really trained for. They're supposed to be, but just like any other job out there, what people think they can do and what they can actually do are two different things.

That video started getting awfully cringy after about the 1/3 mark. Glad I watched it on incognito so Youtube doesn't start recommending garbage like this.
