I could be wrong, but are they the first agency or group to do a blanket ban on servicing black men?

I've seen independent providers who do it but never an entire group. Kinda' lame.

What makes you think that? I would think the opposite. I always assumed the reason for the no black policy is because of racial stereotypes which I would think would be more likely with a independent who is worried about that where an agency might be less concerned.

Nothing like throwing something really heavy out there and letting it hang. A follow up to that would be nice. Sounds like some LE intervention is warranted.

Is this related to the 1122 group of just something you witnessed somewhere else??
