Can you share meal prep tips. It's always been a pain buying the right tuppaware, not getting sick of the same meals and being that disciplined to stick to the meals.Lol what? How is it difficult?

Well, Charlie. Since you asked.Lol what? How is it difficult?
Yeah I’ve done this for most of my life? Used to live in poverty and get a lot of my food from bins. AS A VEGAN. I literally make my own vegan meats from scratch. Used to buy bulk dried foods and cook with those. Thanks for your judgement. Also my name is spelled with two e’sWell, Charlie. Since you asked.
For starters, I challenge you to stop buying already made meal kits like Chef's Plate.
Venture out and buy your own minimally processed non-prepared products like tofu, pasta, rice, legumes, vegetables, carbs, and spices at the [grocery store]; find recipes and prepare them yourself (including chopping them up) ensuring they are tasty, nutritious, balanced, and not monotonous.
Create leftover (three) meals a day in bulk that are prepared ready to eat for days, weeks, or months, so you can freeze them in Tupperware like containers.
Raw dishes that you (yourself) personally and (fully) create from scratch, not ready or partially made or by someone else's hands like Chef's plate, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Urban Fare, or a restaurant.
Do this for a mnimum of 30 straight days (no cheating) and report back your experience. Sounds easy peasy, right?😉
ahhh...the answer to everything these days just google it!I mean you can just Google “meal prep tips”. I am currently getting chef’s plate it’s pretty good
To echo the previous poster, everything is on Google and YouTube. There's an equally abundant amount of horrible recipes on there including bots giving positive thumbs up. I'd never have my laptop or phone in the kitchen. But maybe I'm weird in that way.Lots of excellent cooking videos on youtube. Park your laptop on the counter and follow along, pause if needed.
If you ever have your own Vegan YouTube channel, sign me up. I'm interested to see your methods.Yeah I’ve done this for most of my life? Used to live in poverty and get a lot of my food from bins. I mean you can eat vegan and not have to do all those things either. Living where we live it is easy to go out for a vegan meal or shop at the grocery store (just stay around the perimeter of the store) or get home delivery. I don't really see your point here. Is it easier to find more non-vegan options? Yeah, but it isn't exactly hard to find either option.Well, Charlie. Since you asked.

There are horrible non-vegan recipes too. You won't ever know which are good or not until you try for yourself, just the same as cooking non-vegan or non-vegetarian..To echo the previous poster, everything is on Google and YouTube.
