I read the food labels better yet I make myself than I know what's in it....oh I forgot to mention condiments...ie: Ketchup is loaded with sugarHow strict is this “no sugar” ? Because literally EVERYTHING has fkn sugar! So I assume just added sugar (anything listed in the ingredients?)
I agree with your examples, anything with sugar in it even if they try to sneak it in, like Fructose, Dextrose, Sucrose, High Fructose Corn Syrup...FreeG: well when they say no sugar I meant no added sugar. So like for example hot dogs and bread and ketchup have sugar but one would not consider that a dessert. No sugar means: no juice, no cookies, cake, pie, candy, chocolate, pop, ice cream, milkshakes, sweet pastries, iced tea, lemonade, etc. I would probably throw in yogurt too just in case it has a lot in it
Not a breakfast eater haven't had it in years especially cereal it is loaded with sugarI try to reduce mine, but I don't think I could get through a day with none. Breakfast usually breaks my vows straight away.
I am no doctor but people whom had it can reverse it with diet, hope your brother is managing it.Not that big on sugar,I bake once or twice a month and I take my coffee and tea black . Not big on pop anymore, but I use to be, then my late brother was diagnosed type 2 diabetic and in a show of support for him I quit drinking pop.
No your not a doctor and your certainty not qualified to give advice on diabetes! And before you reply to someone’s post you might want to read it completely, thread closed.I am no doctor but people whom had it can reverse it with diet, hope your brother is managing it.
