Should I use my real name?

I use my real first name, mostly because I hate being called babe or honey or John or Bob. As far as discretion, there is not much anyone can do with your first name so I don't worry about that. Also, I only see reputable providers so again I don't worry about it. Oh, also because I usually go see providers during or right after work and my name is plastered on my shirt. I don't feel there is any need for a last name as I don't think I have ever given that.
So, personally, I don't think there is much to worry about as long as you are seeing the right ladies.

I have to use a fake name. I have a unique name that no one else has. You can Google it with 0 search results.
A provider I've seen recently had a great sense of humor. At our first time meeting she says "You know my fake name, what's your fake name"? I usually don't repeat because there are so many providers out there I want/need to see but I've repeated with her a few times.

If you want your SP to say your real name in bed, then for sure use your real name.

Joking aside, use whatever name you're comfortable with. If you choose to use a fake name, just make up one fake name and use it across the board. It is important if you ask an SP or an agency to give you a reference one day.

I can understand people's reason for not using their real names. It only takes one SP to turn your life upside down ( trust goes both ways). Whether its your name or your job. Also on review boards. The thing is if someone wants to track you down; they always can. Google can track you through facebook, instagram, and twitter just by doing searches with key words (names or company names).
In this modern world, anything on computer/phone is kept online somewhere forever. Eventually it will be infomation overload on stored information.

If you have followed any of my other posts, you will know I am new at the whole S.P. thing. I have contacted different S.P., and I don't give them my real name when I do. A S.P. recently found this out (they found out because I have gone back and forth between two names and used them both with them, so they questioned me). They questioned me why I would not use my real name. So, those of you who have been at this for a long time, I ask you, "Should I use my real name?"
If they give me their real name, I might give them mine. In some cases, I've given them my real name and told them about my real work.

Otherwise, why's it even necessary? Most that I've seen have never made it an issue with me.

The question I have thought of is, why do SP not use their real name? I would think to protect themselves. I believe they need to protect themselves. I would even say they have a greater need to protect themselves then most of us as users.
That being said, I don’t think I should be forever to give my real name of made to feel like I am trying to hide something unbecoming of me if I choose not to use my real name. In a culture where we allow people to live within the parameters of what they feel comfortable with, I would think this is an area where a person could choose.

Always wondered if an sp would laugh if a guy said his name is John and it really was? Or do guys by the name of John give an alternate name?

Then you better use pay phones or smoke signals because everything you do on a cel can be dug up and linked back to you. Including everything you have written on this forum. It’s lucky for most of us that we’re just not very important
Oh, I know. But there are still obvious risks you can try to avoid.
