I don't mind taking online classes. I'm pretty disciplined with managing my time and getting shit done. BUT, there's one class I really, really wanted to take this summer that got cancelled because the lab component was as odds with social distancing protocol :(

I'd love for covid-19 to suddenly die out sooner rather than later for that reason, plus many others.

In WA state the lockdown is extended to May 31st. As it stands only supermarkets, Fred Meyer, Walmart and the hardware stores are open. I work in a hardware store and have been bombarded with business. Everyday feels like black Friday 2 hours from closing time. You can't tell whatsoever that people are hunkering down or trying to save money since jobs are scare or times are tough in the economy. I guess the people on unemployment are getting more on UI than working and many are confident they will work fairly fast again after all this is done??

Its the weekend as I type and jack crap no where to go. It does feel like a prison at times.

I wouldn't hold your breath. When they say easing restrictions they mean allowing surgeries in hospitals or something very minor that affects the overall population. Ontario is opening up automobile repair shops, and gardening centres.

Technically clothing stores are allowed to be open as well but most have laid off their workers anyway and are not taking chances.

Hey Honda, was just wondering bro since ur in WA could you tell me if NHRA in Seattle is going to be running
at all this year?
The local dragstrip out in the Fraser Valley here Known as Mission Raceway will not be opening as of yet until
further notice. I will miss watching Top fuel, FUnnycar and my all time favourite, PRoSTOCK if they are
not opening this year in Seattle. Maybe elsewhere in the USA but I'm not sure.
Nascar has announced they will start for sure.

I had aspired to make it to Prostock one day but that all turned into a pipe dream. The costs were
astronomical to say the least. Damn. :pout: I shouldn't bitch at all damn it as I Was very fortunate
to have made it to Superproracing. I must remember what I was able to achieve, not what I
haven't. Point to self.

Looking forward to your reply buddy. Cheers man!!

I don't follow the race scene. Only into sportbikes and scooters.

I forgot authors name, but she predicted pandemic a few years back. Her latest opinion is....another 33 months. Opening the economy in US...it is predicted that 130,000 will perish.

Ok fair enough and thanks anyways bud. LOL, in my post you quoted I posted where I would have loved
to have made it to prostock but I was very fortunate to have made it to prostock.

Ooooops!!! I meant to say Superpro. I believe in the states they call that same class Super stock.

Anyway if by chance you run into an answer to my question pm me the details man. Would love
to here what's happening with that.
Speaking of bikes, many ages ago a bud of mine let me try his KZ-1000 after he had it Mod'd somewhat.
I needed a valium after I got off of it. Scared the living shit out of me and never got on anything again
over 400 CC's.

THanks!!

In BC, Premier Horgan has laid out the Government's Plan, for the new Normal .

Mr Q.
I’m seeing phase 3 before r and t parlours open again.

“Personal services like spas and non-medical massage” aka Tiger, Face to Feet and New Star.

UBC is already planning to remain virtual through 2020.
Are you sure about that? I was told yesterday meetings discussing this situation are ongoing and no decision has been made yet. This was specifically in regards to UBC.

And I was told the same thing for SFU recently as well. Nobody knows yet.

In early April, I said that they would start to ease some restrictions (at the time, I was and am still referring to the activities associated with this bulletin board) by mid-May. I think next week, the massage parlours will open if they have protocols (e.g. appointment requirements, etc.) and plans in place. I would bet no LFK, DFK and restrictions on other activities (as it should be).

Did you even look at the slides or listen? No non-medical massage until phase three.

I also wonder if any r and t joints around town will try to operate under the radar?
Front door locked, lights off, appointments only with the ladies letting you through locked door
and definitely no walk ins!

If running under the radar I imagine they wouldn’t run Leolist ads and only inform customers that are regulars about “coming in for a session!”

I think this Covid thing gonna be on our back for another 18 months. Best to keep the border closed too.....the idiots down South haven't quite figured out what a pandemic is yet. They are in a big rush to open the economy....big mistake.......200,000 will die if they do. Their leader is mentally ill and should be relieved of his duties. Cheers, C.

Then this has nothing to do with BC's plan to re-open. They can operate however they want in that case.
