Any business has the right to refuse to do business with a client. Just like how any person/potential client has the right to take their business anywhere.

If this person wants to get their balls/make believe vagina waxed, go somewhere that's willing and able to do so. If this business wasn't comfortable and/or had no experience waxing dicks then I can only imagine this individual wanting to sue them for doing a shitty job afterwards. This is like a lose-lose situation for the business owner.

I have to wonder ,what about the human rights of the person doing the waxing?
If she doesn't want to strip the pubes of a pecker....that's well within her rights to refuse.

Oh I do believe there are more 'sensible' LGBTQ activists who only wish to fight for basic human rights just like what everyone has; however, there are 'radicals' like the person in the article in the world that pushes the envelope and become counter-productive towards that goal, because it's not about equality, it's about 'self-entitlement' over everyone else.

Although in a perfect sensible world, this would make sense. That isn't what it going to happen. Again, when you have Bill C-16 in play (mandatory speech laws on preferred gender pronouns), some see it as a foot in the door to claim anything to be a prejudicial hate crime if things don't go their way. One moment someone is getting fined or fired for using the wrong pronoun, the next someone is going to jail because they refuse to touch another woman's penis. Also this isn't like the Gay Wedding cake scenario either, since that happened in the States which their own interpretations of 'freedom' laws.

A legit answer for sure. But being fair here, waxing a vagina is not a drastically different science than waxing a penis. I'm sure they said that to double down on not wanting to do it. They could've just left it at her feeling uncomfortable with touching another person's penis (other than her husband's) which is a good enough reason alone.

Exactly, that's kind of why I made this post on PERB. I believe there are larger implications to this than refusal of waxing privates. What if one day sex work gets the legitimacy the industry deserves? Government recognition or simple decriminalization? You think "No Black Gents" is going to fly anymore? What about a trans-person, as I'm sure there are Conservative sex workers who are not 'that' open-minded? ...what about a lady's basic right to refuse anyone? Got a problem with CIS white males? "Doesn't matter! Suck me off or go to jail as a bigot"...? Even if you could claim reasons of 'safety', you're stance in the trade would be tied up in a "human-rights" inquisition.

It is a crock of shit.It is just sensationalism being pandered by the media to push the envelope further with regards to Political Correctness.It is unfair to expect a salon owner/worker to be subjugated to that persons will when they are not comfortable performing that service.It is especially telling of the motives by the individual if they went to a salon that does not openly offer/advertise that service instead of a salon the does offer this service openly.

Make a case and you could score a big financial windfall - up to $75,000, I think is the maximum.

This is one reason theses human rights tribunals were shut down originally. They had become too farcical in dealing with made up shit like this. The accuser gets free legal help and walks away without any consequence while the accused lives are being destroyed.
